Went just for automatic car wash. Attendant was very helpful. When I demonstrated that I didn't know how to car wash, (I didn't put it in neutral,) he ran me through again for free.

Never had any problems with this Shell station, very nice and highly considerate towards this Vietnam Army Veteran

Use this Shell in Phoenix all the time.

This place it's Definitely not the greatest car wash never does a good good. The oil change people there is only one guy working on The vehicles. And if you ever need propane you need to wait till hes done fixing the cars that he has for him to help you out. Definitely don't recommend it to anyone. If you need propane you need to go to the one on Glendale and Dysart.

I thought I would give this place its third try......what a mistake. Don't go there, not enough people, they run around like ants on fire trying finish everyone's rig. Missed so much! All three times I asked no tire shine and all three times I got it and they try to remove it, you still get is slung on your fenders as you drive away. There are more pics but this is enough to see it all. The manager introduced himself and when I showed him he thought it was good enough. I paid for the Ultra Wash......hate to see the economic wash! If you see some kids doing car washes for raising money go there, get a much better job. The young man at the start was more concerned about the job then the manager. He should be managing the place. I am done! Good luck to whom ever goes there! I have reviewed both good and bad comments and it looks like a Computer generated response and that is sad for customer service!

Went to try and get gas, I only have cash, maps and everything else says it is 24/7, well either the times are messed up and needs to be fixed or someone is getting fired....

this place actually has closing hours? its literally the only shell around for MILES and since I have a shell card, it makes going to shell super convenient. but this shell doesn't even have its hours of operation listed online, or even anywhere outside the store, leaving myself (and tons of other people I'm sure) under the assumption that this shell operates like literally every other gas station and doesn't close. I'm aware I can still pay for gas at the pump, but my shell card also covers things inside the store too, which again, SUPER convenient. this shell? super inconvenient, super wack. at the very least, put your hours of operation online and outside your store so no one else has to waste their time driving to the only gas station in the west valley that closes after hours.

Used the window squeegee and water was disgusting and smelled bad . Actually left my front windshield smelling bad. Supposed to be high end gas please review your standards
