Best Taco Bell in the Saint Albans, South Charleston, Dunbar, Nitro and Cross Lanes areas. Food is always really hot and made like they care what the end product tastes and looks like.

Top location. Best Taco Bell we've had on the East Coast over the last year. Tacos/Crunchwrap come with a good amount of lettuce/tomato and are crispy. Service was very quick (compared to our Taco Bell in suburban Philadelphia). Restaurant and toilets are clean.

Bathrooms people! Keep your bathrooms as clean as this taco bell! I go to wash my only hand in a sink that's disgusting and I immediately think of walking out.

Maria V is the coolest manager I've ever met. Always has a pleasant word and a smile for you and strives for perfection with the orders. She's also very kind and encouraging to the staff.

Ended up stopping here on our way to the finger lakes and couldn’t of had a better experience for a Taco Bell. The NICEST and attentive staff. Even after we were seated and eating they came by to check on us. Super friendly and clean dining room and bathrooms. Give this crew a raise.

I placed a large order at the Drive-Through. Although I had to wait a bit (not too long), the order was correct and the food was super fresh. Also, the employees are friendly and professional.

i love baja blast slushees so i come like at least twice a week for them. my bf and i have made some nice friends in the drive through. one of the employees is extremely rude, pretty sure his name starts w B. other than that i love taco bell

Excellent. Starving after 5 hours on the road, spotless, friendliest guy came over to talk. 5 layer beefy burritos never tasted so good. Clean bathroom, hand dryer would blow over a small child.

Did the drive thru that started with a long line of cars, the line moved quickly as the order taker & cashier were prompt with good customer service skills. Service was quick & well organized. Food was good, too!

Taco bell in clarks summit is excellent. They forgot my Cinnabon balls, I went in and they gave me a double order. Good customer service!

I love this place. I come here all the time. The assistant manger, ryan (I think) is the best. He is always there with a smile on and is very helpful. I would/do recommend this restaurant to anyone of my friends.
