Sometimes there’s a wait, but you can’t expect to walk straight back in a clinic that mainly handles walk in appointments. I’ve been utilizing this clinic for myself and my kids since I realized they were open and I really like it. They’re effective and instead of just sticking a bandaid over an issue, they actually try to get to the bottom of what the whole issue is and the best way to resolve it. All of the providers that I’ve met in this time have been friendly and knowledgeable. When I couldn’t find anyone to covid test my youngest kids during the pandemic after they were exposed at daycare but needed a negative test to go back, they were willing and that meant I was able to get back to taking care of my own patients quicker! I appreciate all of their hard work and all of their team work. They all work well together to get everyone seen and cared for!

I used to work for Dr.Carmen Popa. She is a great doctor and employer. She loves her employees and staff and tells them everyday. I am deeply sad that I am no longer there however I learned so much from the staff. Doctor Popa even took time out of her busy schedule to personally train me herself; something you don’t see from many physicians. I would definitely recommend taking your family members or yourself to either one of her many locations and be sure to check out her new and upcoming location as well! May God bless!

I was working at my grandmother's house because she had a few things to get done there and as I was trimming this rose of Sharon Bush I ended up cutting the top of my middle finger and let me tell u, it was so painful that I was dizzy, nautious, stressed and all that because it ended up being a tough week for me. So eventually my aunt came over and looked at it and she said yeah your gonna have to get stitches so we called my mom and she came over and from then on she rushed me into the medcare center and we showed Karen the main doctor there and she did a great job. It took 12 shots just to numb my finger up and I ended up getting 3 stitches. If something ever major happened to you guys I'd definitely recommend Karen and the team at medcare center

I recieved the best possible care from Dr. Popa and her staff. They were very professional and caring throughout my treatment. I will continue to recieve care from her practices.

The NP that treated me was very nice and spent time listening, appt didn’t seem rushed. There was no wait when I went in. Facility was clean and new. The equipment was up to date. I would recommend.

They took such good care of my son here when he was very sick. The compassion they showed and level of care is unmatched.

They change $75 for rapid covid tests (same exact one that is constantly getting sold out and retailers, for less than $15 🤔). They say they’ll reimburse you once insurance covers in 3-4 weeks. Been 5 weeks and still haven’t paid me back yet. The staff is nice and knowledgeable. But I challenge the owner’s integrity.

I brought my daughter in due to fever, sore throat, fatigue. While the practitioner was friendly when he tried to get blood he was hurting my daughter to the point where she was crying/screaming. I told him just to forget about it. The practitioner couldn't get enough blood for the test that was needed but still tried to send it out which came out negative. Only for us to find out a month later that her test was actually positive from a different drs. office. Then I receive a bill for a type of test that is considered experimental and not covered by my insurance. Will not go back.

I went in for a covid test in late July. Staff was friendly and I felt well taken care off. My statement came in early September and it had all sorts of thyroid charges on it (the patient next door to me was having thyroid testing and injections done while I was there). I called billing but no one answered. So I called the medcenter and the woman took my information and would have billing call me back. Over a week later I still hadn't heard anything so I called again. This woman was rude, cut me off, wouldn't let me finish explaining the situation and just didn't sound like she believed me. She then accused me of not paying the bill because it was "over 2 months the late" even though the bill wasn't issued until this month. She took the charges off but I will never go back again. They are unorganized and very rude even though they were the ones who messed up. She sounded offended when I asked her to see the new statement before I paid.

I also unfortunately booked an appointment online like MOST places insist you do nowadays...you will also see that their site offers both options. When I arrived for my appt I was turned away as they only do walk ins first come first serve! I was offered a place on the waiting list with no guarantee of being seen today. I didn't book with another clinic because I already had an appointment I THOUGHT! Woman at window was nice enough about it and I refrained from venting at her as it is obviously not her fault...very unprofessional business. They need to figure out how to run things there...

I called Medcare just a few minutes ago to confirm my appointment. They explain that they do NOT honor the online scheduling option. So if you scheduled online, you are out of luck. Plus they only accept certain insurance so you are stuck paying $75 when the Covid test is supposed to be FREE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Walked in the door and all I heard was yelling from the back room, dog running wild, no masks. Very unprofessional!!! Never coming here again. Tried to hold my daughter down for a Covid test. I walked out. Made a scene in the waiting room so everyone would know how this place is! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!!
