Used the drive thru, and the wait was really long. Food was good.

Clean, very nice workers. Fast service and clean restrooms

Caramel Frappe, No whip, add a shot of espresso is my favorite!

I just go for coffee…

I always get breakfast here, a Carmel latte and a blueberry muffin. Both of which I am particular about. I have gotten at other locations and it was not good, but never at this McDonald's. Always get good service, food, and fast Drive thru service.

Location is a bit convenient but also annoying... traffic makes it a hard spot to get on off main road... but no complaints about this mcdonalds. Drivethru seems to move quickly, 2 lanes to order but definitely needed for this location.

It was as expected. Good food, but staff was short so that made wait time longer then use to. 20min or longer

Had 2 chicken biscuits and a coke, always fast always delicious. My orders are always accurate, no matter what time I go through the drive though. The McDonald's on Cassidy BLVD in Pikeville... the best one ever.

I'm a truck driver and wasn't able to eat in the dining room during the shutdown and asked them if I could walk through the drive-thru. They took my order at the door and gave me my food there as well. I really appreciate this. Keep up the great work guys

Best fries always fast and delicious. They are always a lot in line but it moves fast and everyone has been friendly.

McDonalds is a great place and fr experience I have worked there people get actuated sometimes but I have learned dealing with the public can be exhausting sometimes.

Hit the drive thru for some burgers. Forgot to order fries. Was able to add to the order at the pick up window without hassle and be on my way!

Always have great service at this Mickey D's. Heck let's face it, sometimes things happen that slow things down, but as someone who eats there almost daily, they do a good job!
