USCIS Atlanta Field Office

Yesterday my wife got her citizenship, it was our 2nd time at this location. As long as you follow directions it goes fast both times. Longest was just over an hour. Only go inside 30 minutes early as paperwork says. Wait in parking lot until then. People were nice. For being in Atlanta GA this is a nice neighborhood.

Excellent service….Interview at 8:05am, Oath Ceremony at 11:30am….Yes got the nice surprise of doing everything the same day. Thank God I was prepared for anything, truly grateful for that…..The staff very professional from the security at the door to the Officers inside. All you have to do is come prepared, arrive no more than 30 minutes before your appointment, listen and follow directions and say your silent prayers.

From entering the building, and going through security, great experience! From taking my picture to fingerprints, great experience! Waiting for my officer, was a short wait. Interviewing with my officer was a peaceful one. She was kind and very helpful and patient.

My apologies for not having more pictures due to respect for and restriction of cell phone usage and how busy it was today. That being said, bring all the necessary paperwork, plan ahead for traffic 🚥, and be on time above all else. Details to keep in mind: bring your ID for security clearance, plentiful seating for everyone in the regular waiting areas, personnel at different checkpoints will help you review paperwork as needed to expedite the process, and after the ceremony you will be given the opportunity to become a registered voter. Pictured below is the actual waiting area for the swearing in ceremony and guests like myself were allowed to sit in the back and watch. Last important note: assuming you have a green card and you're planning to travel overseas within the next 45 to 60 days, that maybe delayed. You will have to surrender your green card and acquire a US passport to travel as an American citizen. Otherwise, you will have to reschedule.

This is THE Place for thousands of people who dream to be US citizens. You see people walking in with a lot of anxiety, and walking out with smiles mixed with tears on their cheeks. This place fulfils the dreams of thousands.
Security staff is very friendly and professional.
Nice office where it's easy to navigate and get things done in a timely manner.

USA is an awesome place to be at. There is a lot of value and respect for people. A land of opportunities. A land of the free and the brave.

Am presently in Nigeria taking care of my sick mother.

Hi. My Husband and I had an interview on the same day, and my husband took the interview 11 o'clock and I took the interview at 1 o'clock. so that we could take the oath together on the same day. My husband's officer was Mrs. Mays, T, who was very good-natured and kind, and my officer, Mr. Miller, A, who was a very gentlemanly man. we are very grateful to these two dear people and the rest of the good-natured depressed people who made us not stresse Thank you so much 💓

this place is incredible! I can not express in words how happy I am that I came across this place. Over the years I have had my fair share of disappointing salon trips, to the point that I avoided them for several years because I never left satisfied. Officer Hood.L has changed my life and is next level amazing! She genuinely cares about each and every individual that enters her doors. Please everyone make sure before driving to this office, that you call this number and wait for the prompts to say "infopass" and schedule an appointment, they aren't taking walk-ins no longer.

I don’t normally review anything, but felt the need since a lot of reviews on here were negative. Maybe we just got lucky, I’m not sure, but my husband and I were very pleased with our experience. Security staff were very welcoming and informative, receptionist at check in was very polite/helpful and the interview lady was awesome. Waiting time was better than I expected, I think we were there around 1 1/2 hours and CDC guidelines were followed. I simply can not fault this place. Staff were amazing and we had a great experience.

Let me start off by saying that I was absolutely terrified by some of these reviews, and was prepared for the absolute worst ,worried that I’d come face to face with some really mean people.

I encountered NONE of it. Security was a team of sweet, chatty happy people. At Checkin , there was a very nice young man that greeted me and smiled the entire time, From beginning to end, I was probably there an hour. Officer. Ray.S was an absolute professional with a kind demeanor. Thank you to everyone there. They made a scary situation (someone literally has your future in their hands) a bearable experience that turned out smooth and painless.

Very professional. very nice officer. Interviewed done In 15 minutes. Pass interview. Waiting for the oath ceremony. Thank you so much. Updated Oath Ceremony May 21th 2022. Only me inside. My friend left outside the heat. My picture looks horrible on that Citizen certificate. Same like driver's license picture. $ 725.00 fee and I hope picture came amazing but no. At least I am US Citizen now. ( Note : My mother US citizen certificate in Florida look good with bright ink. Atlanta US citizen certificate look cheap like fake. LoL. )

Great experience here. Follow instructions from the security at the lobby and you should be fine. My interview experience was excellent even though it was delayed for 30 min. Immigration officer was very polite, friendly and the process took about 20 minutes. Make sure you are thoroughly prepared by bringing all the necessary documents to submit.

I have applied to to support my family months ago n still have not heard anything from anyone? Does anybody know what I can do to get a response from them. The form is I-134, I’ve applied since January.

My experience here at this USCIS Atlanta Field Office was very rewarding. Special thanks to Officer Bell who interviewed me on my Naturalization Testing. Officer Bell demonstrated integrity, and was also professional and courteous, while conducting the interview. The interview went very well, and I was very pleased with the experience and outcome.

Thanks to all of the other Officers, staff and affiliations for working behind the scene to ensure the process is successful.

I am now proud to announce I have been sworn in as a United States of America Citizen. God Bless America!!

Staff was very polite and to the point. Oath ceremony was a dream. But do not register to vote here after the oath cermony as the volunteers just throw those filled forms or put them in trash as I did not get my voter registration done even after 2 months. Just do it online instead.
