Edible Arrangements

I'm not sure about all the negative reviews, maybe they got their act together? I placed an order this morning at 5am for same day delivery. They didn't have a package i wanted so i ordered a bouquet and box separately. I was called at 8:30am asking if I had trouble worth my order and did I mean to order 2. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful they did that. The gift was delivered 4.15 today and looked good from the delivery picture. I hope the great service becomes the new norm for them.

UPDATE- The regional manager just called me and apologized for the negative experience I had with the Boca office. He told me just took over the Florida region and is working hard to bring the Edible Arrangements consumer experience back to where it used to be (which was always positive, in my past experience) He offered me a full refund for my purchase and store credit.

I would work with edible arrangements again, simply because of this new manager who is clearly working hard to slowly restore the reputation of the company and costumer confidence.

I wish I had read these reviews before I placed a same day order with this company for my Dad's 82nd birthday. The order never arrived, I tried to call the store and you can't get through and the Corporate office is a joke, they just keep you on hold for a bit and hang up on you. I don't know who is responding to these reviews saying they are sorry for the bad customer service, but pretty sure that is a ruse as well. Save your money and stay away

I ordered an arrangement for my daughter in law’s baby shower. The arrangement could not have been more perfect! The store was so helpful in their
idea to put something special together. The arrangement was beautiful & super delicious! Because if this I also ordered some platters for a work event. Again, great service & delicious! They’ll be my go to for something special!

I just want to thank the boca raton store and especially the district manager zachery for helping me I have been an edible arrangements customer for a while and I hadn’t had the best customer service experience with the boca store. However my recent experience the customer service at this store was top notch and my order was fresh and it was delivered on time. I even got a call back from the manager a few days later to see if I was satisfied with my order l. I want to thank this store for finally getting their act together.

Zachary at edible arrangement in mizner park gave me the most amazing experience a shopper could ask for. it exceeded my expectations. the fruit platter is gorgeous and delicious. once we finish this one im going to order another one. go Zachary!!go Zachary!!! keep up the customer service!!! this will be my new favorite place for gifts and to treat myself. love edible arrangements

Store 182. I was having trouble deciding what to order, I’ve never been to an edible arrangements. The girls Myisha, Nicole, Q, and Denise helped me picked out exactly what I needed. Truly made me feel like a VIP. Can’t wait to come back for ever special day and tell my friends the same.

So very happy with my experience! Placed my order online at 12:30 and it was delivered by 2:27, my grandmother was so happy on her birthday and loved her basket. I also had to call to confirm something and the lady was more then helpful. Definitely would recommend.

I ordered New Year's platters for a few of our wonderful providers. I was extremely happy with the ease of online ordering, the selections were good and when they got their platters...my oh my!! They were sooo happy and that is the icing on the cake for me! I truly appreciated that Edible Arrangements emailed me when the platters were delivered. The customer service was wonderful as well. My only conundrum...what do you get the staff at Edible Arrangements for thanking them?!! 🤣 Great job, I will be using them again!

Ordered from out of state online for Mothers Day and was very pleased with the delivery. And so was my Mom! I will be ordering from you again

For Father's Day I ordered the football touchdown arrangement (football vase) and was so disappointed when I saw they sent the arraignment in a pinkish basket. I sent an email about it and part of the response that I received was: "At this time per our policy/website product description “Container may vary.” few days later I received a call from Brian explaining to me that he is the new owner for the Boca Raton local and the previous owner apparently did not ordered tha football vase but he will make it up to me and redo the arraignment. This outstanding customer service. Thank you Brian.

Arrangement arrived on time & my friends loved it. Fruit was fresh & delicious & arranged nicely as pictured. I did specify “Birthday” but they used a black colored container. Next time I would specify in writing “white or bright colored container” as it was for a birthday. Order was easy to place online.

Ordered a dipped fruit arrangement for Thanksgiving. As usual, it was delicious. The freshest fruit, yummy chocolate and nice container. If you've never tried Edible Arrangements you should definitely order from this store.

My Mom and I went to pick up the chocolate covered fruit for her birthday and also order a mixed fruit cup for myself. The guy working said they were under new management and was very nice. They accidentally made only strawberries in her chocolate covered order and while she didn't mind at all, he gave us the fruit cup for free. We'll definitely be back.

The best and freshest fruit! Staff was super helpful with my delivery. Everything was fast and easy. Will be ordering again soon

After looking at flowers and the insane prices for a small arrangement, I thought of Edible Arrangements. I sent a small fruit arrangement to my elderly mother-in-law. Family sent a photo of the arrangement and it was perfect! Attractive, fresh and the perfect size for 1-2 people. Even with delivery, it cost half what flowers would have and will be enjoyed more!

Placed an order online for my friend’s graduation. Called back to ask some questions, and the person who spoke to me was very friendly and understanding! Delivery driver also super kind and careful with my order. Couldnt be happier, thank you!

The reviews had me super nervous almost canceled my order but they delivered it on the right day and my friend was happy she got it.

I loved this location Nicole has the best costumer service and Zachary was the nicest and was very helpful in helping me figure out what I wanted to order
