Isaac was the cashier that helped me enjoy coming in today. I was having problems with my pup's food. He gave me advice on what to do different. He deserves 5 stars on customer service. Pleasant store to be in, everything was so clean and organized.

My new rescue was very difficult. Every month over the past year, Sara came to the rescue and worked through all of his problems. He was initially scared, itchy, had fleas and coarse hair. Now he's calm, not itchy, no fleas and very handsome!

We had a great class for our dog! Trainer Isiac is very knowledgeable. Can't wait for our next class.

Other people ought to be aware of this pet store! The staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and enjoyable to work with. In addition, I enjoyed and was enthralled by all the dogs you had on exhibit in your store. Sincerably, they were all excellent and pretty stunning. Once more, I want to thank you for all you have done for me. I'm coming back!

The store employees are always friendly and they always honor my online pricing. Convenient store with lovely people working at it. Easy to run in and run out and get what I need. If I need help, I ask the associates and they are always helpful and knowledgeable. Most of the time I know what I need and just run in and get it. But when I do need help they are there for me. Was hand raising a squirrel for a while and they were very interested and would always ask questions.

Ordering on line was so easy. A great selection of products at PetCo's fair prices. It allowed me to choose from several nearby stores to get all the products I need. Pick up was super easy-parked in front of the store, called and a sales associate came out immediately. Staff was so friendly and cheerful, even in pouring rain.

The staff are always friendly, shelves have a good selection of items. The non profit I foster cats for shows their cats at this location. The staff are always cheerful and welcome us.

Azalea was unbelievably kind and good with my dog. You can tell she cares about her work and the animals well being during the grooming process.

Sometimes there are certain petcos that have some not so friendly people working.
But not here they’re very kind and really take their time to help out.
Joe took care of us and we will be coming back because he’s there. Please give them both a raise or at least a little vacay as their proper rewards… they deserve it. Petco is lucky to have such amazing employees.

I love this petco! Everyone is always friendly and the customer service is top notch. The store is always clean and well organized too. The parking can be bad depending on what time you go but that's the only negative.

The store has an exciting atmosphere. The cashier was very helpful. I felt welcome in the store.

You know I've had a few pets in my lifetime, and have been to a fair share of petcos. But this one is my favorite. Always great customer service, the staff is lovely. But one in particular, Andrew. He always helps me when i cannot make a decision and recommends great options for my pets. He really cares.
