Ryan was helpful from the time I walked into the Geeksquad area to have my computer checked out. I ended up buying a new computer as my would cost too much to repair. Ryan helped me find a new computer within my budget and they transferred the data from my old computer to my new computer. I am so glad I went to Best Buy for my new computer. Will definitely be a repeat customer if I need anything else.

Brighton was a big help. His truth and honesty enabled me to make informed decisions in purchasing for my needs.

Went here recently and got home to find an issue with what I bought. Went back to the store and they took care of me quickly and made sure that I was good to go. I really appreciate the speed at which they helped me with my problem and the courteousness of the way they responded.
Been here before and a couple others and definitely would recommend this location

Products when you don't want to spend a lot of money on a product check to see if they have it in an open box, you might have to drive a distance to get that product it might be worth the drive

I love that story about the coolest place ever I got the JBL flip 5 for very very cheap the lady was very friendly and helpful and it was not busy no wait

Almost every time I purchase electronics goods in the United States, regardless of my location, I choose to buy them from Best Buy! Been to best buy stores from LA to SFO to Atlanta to Arkansas and Oklahoma and I’m very happy to say they have a consistent excellent customer service everywhere.

William was why I chose a 5 star. I have been in the medical field for over 30 years and also did retail and sales. William
gave me the best customer service ever! He stayed with me to help in choosing a laptop and printer, which I did purchase both. Very knowledgeable and could answer every question I asked. I was very happy with what I purchased and feel we were good friends at the end of my visit. I will certainly make sure he is there to help me next time I come. Thanks for the great service 😊

Good visit and promise kept. Even though there was a power outage during checkout for car audio replacement, I was given the free installation for the new stereo. Can't blame the power outage on anyone there, lol

Always greeted when walking in, and I’ve never had issues with check out or returns. However, in store pick up is a different story. It’s disorganized, and I’ve always had an issue. You can even spend hundreds - but not be offered a brown bag to get the items safely to your car, but don’t even think about grabbing that 10 cent plastic sack 😂

Was in the market for a laptop. I went online and spent as much time as I wanted on choosing the computer I wanted. This was great because I avoided the pressure of a sales associate trying to push their opinion on me and allowed me the length of time it took for me to do my research, compare prices models and features ect. After deciding on a laptop, and paying for it through best buy website, best buy contacted me 45 minutes later and told me my order was ready for pickup. I promptly went to the store and after standing in line for a minute and a half, was asked to present my ID in order to receive my package. 30 seconds later I walked out of best buy with a brand new laptop. Couldn't be happier.

This is my go-to store! I wait for the deals and get what I've been waiting for and want. I rarely pay full price for anything. Patience is key.

If you can't or do not want to pay at once.. Progressive Leasing is available, and they are amazing to deal with as well.

If there is a mix-up or error of some sort (in store, delivery, any item, etc).. the managers will rectify the situation immediately. But you have to be respectful and act like you know they are human and make mistakes or mistakes happen. You get what you give, and more.

Great service! I walked in and asked for a specific item. I was helped directly to it, bought it and was out the door in less than 5 literal minutes. I hate shopping so this was perfect.

This location has many more items than mine. I saw dozens of mirrorless and DSR cameras that we simply don't have where I live. The store isn't very big but it's jammed packed with merchandise. I see some stock was low but more generally the store was all stocked up. Nobody stopped to check on me which was perfectly fine because had I needed anything I could ask and it was easy to find workers nearby. I came in only to look at a smartphone and look at cameras and then I was off. Oh, their clearance wasn't too bad either.
