Just had the best experience. I was having a charging issue with my iPhone. The guy working was super helpful. I was about to spend $250 using my insurance to replace my phone. I had no idea I get a free cleaning every month with the insurance. He set me all up using the QR code and 15 minutes later the cleaning fixed my charging issue.

These guys went above and beyond! Even helped add a liquid screen protector to my phone after fixing it despite it being close to closing time and me being their last customer. It takes 10 minutes for the liquid screen protector to set and they waited and returned my phone to me better than new! 10/10 would recommend

Quick service to fix a broken screen on a cellphone. Even though they didn't have the part when I stopped by on a Saturday, the part had arrived on Monday. I then dropped off my phone, and it was ready in under three hours. Very smooth process!

This store and specifically, John, went completely ABOVE AND BEYOND to help my dad. My father is handicapped and John could not be more accommodating, helpful, and respectful to him. I will be going here from now on with any phone issues. I was absolutely blow away and continue to be appreciative of the interaction from earlier today.

Jon was hands down such a great person to work with. I came in with my brother’s PS5 that the HDMI port was busted. Turned it around faster than the quoted time frame and they even added a little Liquid Metal to ensure it would function to its fullest potential after repair. I’m still blown away by the service they provided. They also offered me a one year warranty on the repair itself. I can’t speak higher of this place. It is hard now a days to find genuine people who really care about helping you. Hats off to the fine folks at the Royersford location!!!!!!!

Jon at this store was nothing but patient with my concern when there was a mix up with asurion insurance. He went above and beyond to help me out when things have been really rough figuring out how to get my phone fix and when. He not only took me in early today but also work with precision and quickness to help me get on with my very busy schedule. Thank you so much to Jon.

My son’s Nintendo Switch stopped connecting to all wireless controllers. The initial tech examination determined that the bluetooth component failed and needed to be replaced. We were given a quote and a turnaround timeframe. The quote was exact and the work was finished in a few days instead of 10. When we brought the unit home everything fired up and is working properly. Thank you! $50 was much better than paying for a new system.

I'm unfortunately one of the unlucky people who had 2 dead pixel 5a and one bad Pixel 6a in 6 months. I brought all of them to this shop.

For the pixel5a I didn't even know Google has extended warranty for it. UBreakiFix staff helped me to claim the warranty and got both of them replaced under warranty.

This store was phenomenal! I dropped my phone on a Tuesday afternoon at 4:30 pm to replace my back glass. They called me at 2:30 pm on the following day to let me know it was done. Super polite, super fast, and great results.

Even though my laptop was ultimately unfixable, my experience with uBreakifix was great. The Technician, Jon, went above and beyond to try and find a solution to my problem.

This was such a painless experience! The process was as simple as dropping off and picking up my phone.

My phone screen went black so I brought it to uBreakiFix on Friday afternoon. The associate knew what was wrong based on my description, and let me know the repair would take about 2.5 hours. It took a little less time than that, I was promptly notified when it was complete, and all the repairs were covered by the manufacturer's warranty. I didn't have to fill out any paperwork for a warranty claim, all was handled in the store. HIGHLY recommend it, thank you for the excellent service!
