paid the 75$ emergency fee at 930am, had the fuel i ordered in my tank by 1230pm. Left them instructions on where the fuel fill port was and they took care of the rest. Honestly wouldnt have even realized they were here if it werent for the receipt in the door (and the fact that my boiler is still running)

Tank was empty, on Tuesday. I purchased 200 gal of heating oil online, the system then auto scheduled delivery for Friday, which would have been a problem with the Vortex and Sub-Zero wind chill on the way. I spoke with Ron and explained my emergency, and that Friday would likely leave me with a big mess to clean up and repair. He said I'll do my best....well he made the delivery happen by mid Wednesday only an hour or so before the cold air came through. I still had one burst pipe, but it could have been much worse on Friday. Thank you Ron, much appreciated! With lots of choices out there, I will definitely remember to call Skylands first from now on.

NJEASY is a great company to use but I wish they had more discounts for current customers and not just for new customers or referrals to them.

If I could rate zero I would. Fiancée is 9 month pregnant on bed rest, paid for emergency service and quite frankly the nastiest woman I've ever heard called and ran down a list of reasons (too cold out, driver called out, covid, we supply all of jersey) for why they can't fulfill the order telling us that they could come tomorrow.

Yeah that would be great if not for the fact my pipes would freeze by then. We even offered to buy a full tank of they would just send a driver and she just got nastier. Bad company staffed by real winners 👌.

there isn't an option for no stars!. Absolute nightmare of a company. Denise was having a bad day so she decided to take it out on me and started crying on the phone and then hung up on me. it took 4 days to get a call back even though they charged my credit card on the very first day. her explanation was that she hadn't been in the office for a few days. i was worried about my pipes freezing but apparently she was not. do not waste your time!

Icalled for two days--left mesassage that i needed oil. AM A CUSTOMER.heard nothing.I sent an e-mail to Easy Oil .finally I TRIED CALLING.I got awoman on the phone she told me she hadnt checked the messages yet as she had just gotten into the office.This was at 10.45 in the morning.What if I had been out of oil ?Needless to say I FOUND A NOTER SUPPLIER.Iwould advise caution in dealing with this company.It aint EASY if your pipes freeze.

horrible customer support impossible to get someone to answer any calls or emails
