I've been a customer of this store for many years. Each time I visit, Ms. Sarah always has this inviting personality. She knows I travel from Arlington, VA and makes sure my visit is well worth it. She is very patient. I have never seen this woman lose her cool. She always have suggestions if I can't find what I'm looking for. I can't speak for anyone else but I love to see her every time I go there. Thank you Ms. Sarah for the beautiful person you are!!!

My experience each visit, is nothing less than superb. Sarah will ensure that someone is available to assist, when she is not available. If a product isn't in stock, she will order and shipment is delivered within a reasonable time frame. I've frequent various beauty supply stores in the area and my personal top choice is Sarah's, thus far.

This is my favorite beauty supply store in the Marlow Heights area. The customer service is phenomenal, their inventory is always fully stocked, and their prices are reasonable. I have been going here for years and not once have I had a bad experience. They may not be black owned but they are amazing!

Great shopping experience. Asian owner with black employees. The owners run the store and were very kind. They have everything you need here though. The hair packs weren't enough hair though so always buy 2 more than the 2 more you thought you needed for braids. Lol, great scarf collection and nail polish.

Loveeee Sarah's!!! She has almost Everything that you need for a reasonable price. Great customer service and friendly. BTW I have been going here since I was 18 as a Natural Stylist and Makeup artist now 42. I met Sarah when she had her first beauty in the little corner. Highly recommend!!! 💯👍👍👍

I live in the area and this is the best Beauty supply around okay, Buy Wise is too expensive the Africans in Marlow Heights shopping center by the Dollar Tree are Clatchet, and the Chinese people down by the Rainbow are racists so Sarah’s is perfect. They have friendly helpful staff who are aware of the products they sell, they have a little of everything to buy lol every time I walk in I end up spending more than I had planned which overall tells you about the experience. The store is always clean, products are always fully stocked and I’ll continue to support this beauty supply only the others are seriously no competition in my opinion.

A staple beauty supply kbb the tempt hills area! Had everything you need & the process are very reasonable! Mr & Mrs Kim are very wonderful owners! I definitely will return!

Great customer service. Lots of products and hair to choose from for a wide variety of styles. They stay up to date and it's a very comfortable environment.

Always a good experience when I go, I just wish yhe had more selections for lighter color hair i.e. blond, auburn, etc...
