I have had two different issues with deliveries. Both times I called the post office and spoke with representatives (Sandra & Alicia). Both times the employees were helpful and helped to reroute the package. Just wanted to say THANK YOU for your help! I truly appreciate you both going the extra mile for me! =)

Tracking showed delivery to community mailbox yesterday but no package the last two days. Spoke with Alicia at 4:20 who contacted a carrier who agreed to stop by the box to try to locate. At 5:05 I received a call back from Alicia and was told the carrier located the package and it was dropped off at my front door!

Always a 5-star experience at the post office when Kay is working. Can’t have a better mix of friendly + knowledgeable than her.

The woman I talked to was very nice and helpful. Someone ran over our mailbox and woman I talked to was so nice on coming up with a way so we could get our mail. I have been having a very hard week, and she made my day.

Everyone but one guy is rude and have horrible attitudes. One lady even said I stole some packing bubbles and when I showed her proof of purchase she didn’t even apologize she just rolled her eyes at me.
