McDonald's

Your standard fast food restaurant and a McDonald's at that. They are just about the only restaurant open at 4am as i commute olong the interstate so i frequently stop in for a quick breaskfast meal. The breakfast consists of the mcgridle with a large orange juice. The hash browns are always crisp and can be used as hand warmers on these nice cold days here in iowa. They always taste good as well. The mcgrdle is a quick meal that will give you some energy to kick start your day and get you through until noon.

Always fast service and clean restrooms with friendly staff. I enjoy stopping here as it’s easy to pull off the interstate and appreciate the 2022 remodel.

Best McDonald's around in my book. Never had an issue, from my orders, to the service, to the freshness of my food.

This place follows the chain model of parking on the car-bot or drive-thru. Service maybe quick most times. Food is tasty. I don't go frequently, location is not the best with the traffic.

A good place for a quick stop over, during your long travel.

Love this location! The drive through is quick, at least with all my experiences. My orders are usually larger in size as I am feeding a small army when I come here and then the accuracy of my orders are better than the other locations. Major props to the drive through worker not sounding like she hates her life at her first job. When we order fast food it’s a better experience not hearing my order sound like a chore for the persons with a headset. As I have worked fast food before I appreciate these things and do not take for granted anyone doing a job. Soo again thank you!

Best mcdonalds i go here every time i can, i live in waterloo and kalona so when i drive back i make sure to stop by for gas and a mcchicken thank you guys

I have eaten at a lot of different McDonald's(I'm a fat kid who loves McDonald's). I mean, I'm 33, and I still love the kids' meals. Anyway, food tastes amazing, it was fresh and hot, the employees were super nice and they were sweet. I will be back for sure.

McDonald's food has become so tasteless. The hamburgers Reminds me of cardboard for some odd reason. They have become just to cheap to have enough employees and good food. My Opinion. Some people love it, but I give it a thumbs down 👎 .

Quick food and clean, worth a stop while traveling!

On the day I post this. The crew shirt handed was hit by a rush of rodeo folks passing thru.
Someone may give a negative review because they were behind but I saw a team busting but to make everyone happy. They didn’t have one of the items I ordered. I didn’t care but they insisted on making it right. Great team today. Good job.

Everything was great stopped here for a 15 they took 12 minutes all be it was pretty fast for how many orders they had.

Clean with a good location next to fuel and subway restaurant.

I frequently stop at our local McDonalds for a quick breakfast sandwich and coffee. I find both of them to be fresh and flavorful. More importantly the staffs have been super friendly. Makes my experience in the morning fun.

My food was ready and delivered before I got my coat off. One of the best operated McDonalds in the area. Really solid staff and pleasant to deal with. Very clear and maintained well. The food was justvthe way I ordered it and it was fresh and hit. Great hib folks all around.

7pm on a Saturday night and these poor worker (all 3 of them) were getting slammed. 10 cars in the Drive thru, 12 orders in the front lobby area. They were frustrated, but the handled the order load. The fact that they were probably missing about 65% (5 or 6 more team members) of their crew is a testament to them. They deserve to be recognized for their above and beyond attitude. Fortunately, while I was there, most of the guests were decent to the employees, although one quest did get upset about not getting a straw with her order. I am sure that there were a few others that were rude before I got there, as I could see the strain in the order takers face and voice. We live in such an entitled society that we forget that others are trying to do their best to get the job done, with little support and no help. I wish people would sometimes think about others instead of themselves, especially in the food industry.

I commend these employees for their initiative and action to serve their customers, hot fresh food.

By the way the food was hot, tasty and very good.

Friendly and helpful staff. McDonald's corporate office needs to being back cherry pies and salad.

The family stops here often, so we've had lots of different experiences. Overall, they've been really good. Many of the employees are young, highschool kids, and they do very well at their job. There's an occasional mix-up with orders, but you have that everywhere. It's probably one of the best McDonald's I've been to in terms of staff service and fresh food.

Fast service. Everything on our order was correct. Good fast food.
