Bearded Guy BBQ & Eats

We had the pulled pork egg rolls, and they were absolutely fantastic!!! Skyler, the owner and BBQ master is super friendly and nice, and is a smoke expert. The pulled pork and the brisket sandwich were smoked, but not overly smoked, so you get the base flavor in the meat with a smokey ending. We all loved the food and appreciated the conversation with this northerner who got smart and moved South! Glad to have this excellent BBQ option in Mena! He's on 414 Mena St. on the right side. Look for the Food Truck wavey flag! Yummy yummy yummy! Oh and don't forget to get the funnel fries for dessert! This place is excellent all around! Thanks Skyler, The Bearded Guy! Enjoyed a delicious lunch here while on a day trip along the scenic highway. Both the brisket sandwich and smash burger were delicious. The Mac and cheese was creamy but could have been a little hotter. Fries were great, crispy outside tender inside and seasoned just right.

Hands down best BBQ we’ve had since moving to Mena 4 months ago. Good food let alone BBQ has been hard to find here! Meat’s were delicious and smoky! The BBQ sauce is to die for, SO, SO GOOD! We’ll definitely be back often! The owner was super friendly and a true pleasure to meet!

I visited from Florida and haven’t really ate at many food trucks. But I will say this place is now in my top 10 places to eat I wish it was in Florida now. The service was amazing , the Staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the food was just pure goodness I recommend the smash burger and mess fries. So yeah come on down for good food, great service, and Amazing people 5 stars all the way.

Omg words can’t do this place justice!!!! EVERYTHING WAS AMAZINGLY PERFECT!! We arrived 10 minutes before they were supposed to close and to my surprise the food had looked like it was just freshly cooked. Best potato salad I’ve ever tasted. I was born and raised in Texas, so barbecue is kinda our thing !!! And hands-down best barbecue I’ve ever had ! Not to mention , the first place I’ve ever ate at that I could not find one single thing to complain about!!, the macaroni was delicious and creamy, and literally look like it. Just come off of the stove . The pork sliders were like nothing I’ve ever tasted and do not get me started on the barbecue sauce. OMG the barbecue sauce, I’ve never tasted barbecue sauce like this barbecue sauce. They have a sweet moonshine barbecue sauce that words cannot began to explain how amazing the barbecue sauce is !!! there was nothing at this restaurant that I could find that wasn’t perfection. Please please bring your food truck to Texas. You can live at my house and park in my driveway best barbecue I’ve ever had.!!!! you just can’t find a well-rounded place like that in Texas for barbecue you’re gonna sacrifice your sides to get good barbecue or you’re gonna sacrifice good barbecue to get good sides but not at this place. This place is amazing you’re stupid if you have an ate there just stupid. Will definitely be back every year that we vacation in Arkansas. That will be my very very very first stop kudos y’all did that

This is my first time eating here. The food is awesome. And Marrissa and Skylar aka the bearded guy, they are super welcoming and fun to talk to. Just really great down to earth people. I give them 5 stars!!! Lots of food for the price. The BBQ sauce is on the sweet side which is my favorite and perfect amount of vinegar flavor for me. We had the BBQ egg rolls and coleslaw with a side of these fantastic beans (Skylars specialty)the brisket sandwich with sausage (very tender and juicy) and potato salad (better than Smokin in style in HS and I love eating there) So yeah, they are amazing!!! And I don’t have to go to Hot Springs, it’s right here in our home town! Oh and an important note, the place was very clean. 😉

If you are in the mood for great bbq. I would definitely recommend Bearded Guy. I have never ordered anything there that I was not impressed with. Their pulled pork sliders are really good along with the bbq egg rolls. The owners are very friendly and go above and beyond every time we have dined there

I went today for the first time and their ribs were the best I have ever had. The men working there were very nice and brought orders to the patron's cars due to freezing temperatures.

The food was great and the owners were friendly and welcoming. We are staying for the weekend and happened upon them, and couldn't be happier to have done so!
