I recently started taking bass lessons at Rocktown Music Academy in Lorain, Ohio, and my experience has been fantastic. The instructor, Dylan is incredibly knowledgeable and patient, and tailored his teaching methods to fit my learning style. The supportive environment made my lesson enjoyable and motivating.

In addition to their excellent music instruction, Rocktown Music Academy’s owner, Jaclyn Bradly, has also become an ongoing collector of my art. Rocktown now proudly displays five pieces of my artwork in their music school. It’s truly gratifying to see my art appreciated in such a vibrant and creative space.

The facility is well-maintained and equipped with everything needed for a comprehensive music education. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Rocktown Music Academy to anyone looking to learn music, voice, acting or to experience a nurturing artistic community.

Rock Town Music Academy it top notch! Just walking into the brightly colored, fun facility makes you feel happy and creative. The instructors are what sets this place above the rest! My child has learned so much from Jaclyn during her voice lessons. Jaclyn’s knowledge and experience are hard to match, but her kindness and encouragement of her students are what keep my daughter looking forward to her lessons each week. Our family has also participated in Jen’s drama class. Her class is fun and engaging, and she is so kind and really helps the kids come out of their shells to build their confidence both on stage and off. We highly recommend anyone looking for music classes to give Rock Town a call.

Rock Town is not just for kids! As an Adult student I can’t say enough about the professionalism and dedication on Jaclyn and the instructors. I came to Rock Town after almost 25 year absence from music. Jaclyn was so supportive. In less than a year I took the stage. It was an amazing and healing experience thanks to Jaclyn and Rock Town.

Rock Town Music Academy is truly a gem in our community. My seven-year-old daughter has been attending classes there for about a year now, and the transformation in her confidence and self-assurance has been nothing short of remarkable. The opportunity to showcase her talents has empowered her in ways I couldn't have imagined. The staff at Rock Town are not only highly professional but also deeply invested in providing the children with the tools they need to succeed. I couldn't be happier or more grateful that my daughter is involved in such a nurturing and supportive environment. My son has been a voice student for a few years now at Rock Town and it’s hands down the best around. We absolutely we so blessed to find Jaclyn Bradley as a voice coach and have worked with other teachers there as well and everyone is just great. If I could give 10 stars I would. This gem of a music oasis for my son and our whole family is the highlight of our weeks. Seeing our son get more cozy with music and showcasing his voice is remarkable. Jaclyn is so accommodating, kind, and extremely talented. We are so glad our son is a student at Rock Town.

I’ve been working with Jaclyn for several years before the physical RockTown building has been put into action and Jaclyn has helped me grow so much. The teachers are all amazing and truly want to help you put out the best version of yourself.

This is a special place, a school of rock where kids learn to love all kinds of really great music. My daughter’s voice has become stronger since she started lessons here, but more importantly she’s become more confident. And I love that.

Best place for drums Guitar acting voice piano everything they offer is amazing. Son started with guitar moved to drums still does then voice then acting. Currently only doing drums with other sports

Fantastic lessons with Dylan. The space is tastefully decorated, and in a wonderful location. The owner seems to take great care of the space and there are even recitals.

Voice lessons at Rock Town Music Academy have completely transformed my son’s singing abilities! He has always been a ‘singer’ of sorts, unafraid to belt out his favorite songs in public (or in the bathroom)! However, weekly voice lessons with Jaclyn have definitely improved his abilities! Jaclyn is very professional and has great techniques to enthusiastically teach younger singers how to refine their abilities. Not only does he sound better (matching pitch, air control, tone) but he has expressed that he knows that he’s doing better as well! I look forward to watching his confidence and abilities grow as he continues his lessons! Thank you!

I have wanted to learn to play guitar my entire life. A year and a half ago, I picked up a guitar for the first time. Teaching myself how to play was the most difficult thing I’ve ever done in my life!

I was considering lessons but it wasn’t until my daughter mentioned that she wanted to start learning piano that I really looked into it.

Coincidentally, I saw that Jaclyn had just announced she was opening Rock Town Music Academy in Lorain! I reached out to her snd she was so fantastic to communicate with from the start!

My daughter and I have been taking lessons for a couple months now and it’s really a special experience that we share! I can’t thank everyone at Rock Town enough for how helpful, fun and attentive they are!

Rock Town Music Academy scores a 20/10!!! I purchased guitar lessons for my niece. She has been working with Dougie and is having a BLAST!! Her spirits are lifted after a long winter in isolation. This business and Jaclyn Bradley are an asset to the community.My husband takes bass lessons and my niece takes voice lessons. They are both treated like rockstars and feel great about themselves after every lesson.
