I am a small business owner and ship packages everyday. I had an issue with a suspicious customer who kept claiming her packages were not getting delivered. I called the signal mountain post office and spoke to Angela. She was SO KIND, and so helpful. These postal workers are so busy, work so hard and deal with so much. It was so refreshing to speak to a true professional. Angela helped me track the package and figure out the issue. I am so grateful for USPS and their tremendous service. Thank you!

Went to this post office for renewal of my son’s passport.. Steve was extremely helpful, accommodating (was late to my appointment because of a confusion) and professional. He knew all the process and was very patient in answering all our questions. Would definitely recommend him!

Drove 111 miles from Atlanta to go to this particular post office for a passport. The service was unbelievable. Hsieh was incredible and got my passport appointment. Completed in about 10 minutes early and ready to go. Thank you for great customer service Hsieh.

Steven White is just extremely friendly, professtional and efficient. He is likely the best USPS employee I've ever met in my life.

To some degree, I am shocked that he works for a non-private organization.

I definitely hopes that upper management notices such a person and make sure he is reward justly for his efforts.

Excellent personable service. Even when the line is long they do their best to get you on their way. Our delivery person Blake S., is an assett to the team. He is only a year or so into the job and has far exceeded my expectations as a carrier as have all the team. Way to go USPS Signal!!!

I just put the wonderful staff of this USPS location through the absolute wringer because it seemed like a package meant for my mother's birthday was left out and disappeared. This exact situation had just happened to me earlier this month and none of the packages were recovered. But, in this case, my mother mistook the package I sent for one she was expecting. So, so embarrassing, but Stacy, Steven and Shea  (sp?) were so gracious, understanding and helpful during the process of locating it.

Although I live in NYC, I have dealt with this staff a number of times during trips back home and they have always been so awesome and accommodating (e.g., giving me packaging materials when I ran out, offering less expensive/more efficient shipping methods and quickly retrieving packages when a notice was left - in stark contrast to my experience up here).

So sorry about the drama, guys - you are the best!!

Went to get 2 passports, the workers were all so friendly that it made me want to work there. Steve was great and very knowledgeable.

These folks do a great job. Have never had a problem with trying to ship something. Have never had a problem with the staff either. They are generally kind and knowledgeable.
