Cedar Press Coffee

Checked it out this morning, whene try a new coffee shop I always order some espresso by itself to get a taste test of it by itself. The espresso here was great; super smooth taste to it and the espresso cup was adorable! I ordered an iced vanilla latte as well and that tasted phenomenal as well. The gal working was Peggy and she was extremely sweet and patient while I looked over the menu. She also chatted with my while the espresso was pouring. Cute shop, will absolutely be back!

Amazing coffee, Cafe! The service is fantastic. They have healthy organic ingredients. The baked goods are delicious. Coffee is fenominal. They get their coffee beans from a local company called Driven Coffee Roasters in Chaska. I'll definitely be back.

You know morning and the rest of your day will be great if you get your coffee from here 🤍 it’s like drinking a warm hug ✨ absolutely delicious coffee and all the treats they have available - my favorite is the scone. My go to order is the matcha latte - it’s divine 🥰

I’m always greeted as I walk in which right away puts a smile on my face. Staff is always friendly and nice 🤍 They offer loyalty card - don’t forget yours to collect stamps ✨

I like their small selection of items for purchase - notebooks, pencils/pens, candles etc - so cute! Lots of space to sit down and mingle. This place is very comfortable, spacious and cute ✨ I’m always coming back 😇

What an adorable coffee shop! The coffee is excellent (I order the iced latte with oatmilk and whip on top); the scone and coffee cake are really good; the workers are very friendly and joyful; and the atmosphere/decor is wonderful, so clean, peaceful and cute in there!

The customer service was top notch! Both ladies were so sweet, helpful, and polite. The cinnamon roll was the best I have ever tasted! It melted in my mouth. I got it warmed up, and it tasted like it just came out of the oven 🤤. The coffee, was literally the best coffee I have ever tasted. I am a living Gilmore Girl, and I came back for a second cup in an hour because I drank it so fast! Support this beautiful, perfect, small business!

Wow! Best coffee I’ve ever had and the vibe there is wonderful. Hands down, the cutest coffee shop I’ve been in. I love the little kids kitchen in the back with the seating area. It was nice and quiet when we went, my kids enjoyed the kids drinks and a cookie. The iced mocha is AMAZING. The baristas were very friendly and helpful. I’m so happy to have stumbled upon such a wonderful small biz coffee shop in the New Prague area. Oh! And it’s cheaper than Starbucks/caribou! Woo! Support small business!

Soo good ! I got an iced lavender latte and my husband a Carmel iced latte as well coffe cake and a scone all was top notch . Also atmosphere was great ! From ordering to pickup the staff was super friendly , we will be back !

Quaint, and lovely! We’ve tried several different drinks and sweets and we’ve been delighted each time! The fudgie is a fav! 👌🏼 Every staff member welcomes you upon entering, bearing smiles and thanks you before you leave. A true small town, gem! Stop here! ❤

Cedar Press quickly became my favorite coffee shop! I got a caramel iced latte and it was delicious. Service was quick and with a smile despite how busy it was. You can tell they were grateful and appreciated their customers. Also the atmosphere inside was amazing. Sleek and modern. A perfect place to catch up with friends, read or just sit back and people watch.

EDIT TO ADD: the Samoa Mocha is to DIE for! My favorite drink ever. I tried to recreate it at home and it’s not the same. I dream about it and would get it everyday if I could

Rachel & Stephan have created such a cute, modern coffee spot in this small town! Such a bright space & refinished hardwood floors are gorgeous! I got an iced latte & a monster cookie and both were delicious! Love the gluten free options!

Best coffee shop in New Prague, by far. Coffee is AMAZING, pastries and other food are delicious, and the customer service is top notch. I've been an embarrassingly amount of times since they've open and will not stop! They did a great job remodeling the space and giving our small town exactly what it needed!

Such yummy coffee! LOVE that they serve organic syrups so I can feel good about my coffee intake(; I’ve lived in new prague my whole life (22 years!) and have wanted a good coffee shop and here it is! You won’t be disappointed with their lattes. Their bakery is so tasty as well. Would recommend to anyone!

This place is fantastic! I love that they use organic syrups that taste delicious and aren’t overpoweringly sweet. I had the Yuletide latte and it was amazing!

Staff was very nice service was great. Coffee was excellent and there was a few people playing. Some music had a great time.

Cedar Press is exactly what New Prague needed for a coffee house. Beautiful aesthetics, friendly staff, great ambiance, and of course great coffee drinks.

The only minor thing I would change is to add another outlet for those (like myself) who like to work on my laptop while enjoying my beverage.

We love having Cedar Press in New Prague! I get my coffee and my little gets to bake me pretend cinnamon rolls in the wooden kitchen play area. My kids also love the kids drink options and sizes as well!

The coffee & customer service is great! Jess, the barista who served me, was friendly and very informative to better her service for my beverage request.

Excellent customer service! Love how they have gluten free options as well. Super cozy atmosphere! I’ll be back!
