I ran out of fuel on a Friday evening and I was confused because I was on automatic delivery, so I called countryside to find out that the credit card that I had on file had expired and they were trying to reach me but I had gotten a new telephone number so they couldn’t get ahold of me. Came out that same night, around 8-9 o’clock and he filled me tank and h as d to come in the house to turn the furnace on. It was all very efficient and everyone was friendly and to top that all off, I was never charged any extra fees for the late Friday delivery or for him turning the furnace on for me. That is excellent customer service. I would recommend them to anyone and I do. Even when asked if I price shop I respond with no I don’t have to, I am very happy with countryside, I don’t need to look for anyone else.

I spoke with Debbie at Countryside Fuel today to order fuel for my home. She was not just courteous, but too, was effective, efficient, and knowledgeable. She asked me questions to assure she was providing best in class service. It is this kind of service that keeps us as Countryside Fuel customers. Could we find less expensive fuel elsewhere?... Maybe. But it does not matter as Countryside takes care of us, which is something not worth giving up over a few cents per gallon. Debbie is an asset to Countryside and its customers.

We've been using Countryside for almost a decade and they are the best of the best. Always friendly, fast with deliveries and very accommodating if I'm in a pinch. Doesn't hurt either that their prices are low. Would never go anywhere else.

I have always had excellent service with Countryside. They are extremely accommodating and are very reliable and not just trying to make money on a customer charging same day delivery fee's. If they have time they squeeze in your delivery ASAP. Love this company and will NEVER get home heating oil anywhere else. If they service your area I highly suggest this company. THE BEST AROUND!

Always pleasant customer service during phone calls: service techs are very professional and courteous. Always get the service when supposed to. Very reliable. FAST, AMAZING, & BEYOND FRIENDLY SERVICE @ INCREDIBLE PRICES! My family & I bought our home and upon moving in found out our tank was completely empty. While every company we spoke to before Countryside gave us a delivery of a week or more out, COUNTRYSIDE came the very next morning AND their prices were more than .10 CHEAPER… can’t beat them, hands down the best!

This company is amazing! Never had an issue in almost 8 years. It’s one of those companies that are far and few anymore, they care and treat you family! When you get a chance to catch the delivery drivers it’s always a pleasant conversation as well as when you call in to make an order, or ask for service help!

Countryside has been great to work with! They were prompt in getting my tanks checked, even in the snowstorm we had, and my delivery was here on time as promised! Very easy and quick to set up account and get next day service, better than Amazon! I’m sorry I forgot her name but she was very sweet. The phone call lasted maybe 10mintues and I was set to get oil.

I had to representatives for countryside the first lady (Judy) was awesome. My phone call got disconnected but when I called again the other lady which I forgot her name but she was also awesome. I heard countryside is pretty good for prices in the area so I believe that with how everything gone. This was my first time ordering oil so pretty glad these two were really understanding and took their time to explain everything.

Honest ,helpful and great service. We ran in to a bit if a snag today ,but the service man and manager understood how to fix the problem with thier great communication and honesty we worked out an agreement. When reaching out to service i felt heard and was treated kindly .Thankful for the manager and how things were handled .Greatful fror the crew members honesty and knowledge.

I love the customer service and quick response. Every time I call in they always know exactly who we are and what we normally do. They always make sure the oil is delivered in a timely fashion and have no problem going over different scenarios to help make the best decision with you. I’ve been using country side for almost two years now. Dealt with Dawn over the phone on Friday for a delivery. I thought I had run out of fuel (hadn’t been to the property in maybe two weeks…regardless), she was incredibly kind to speak with over the phone and did her best to get someone out there that day -which she did. So countryside, you’re a business that I appreciate, but I love Dawn. Thanks all around.
