The owner was so knowledgeable, accommodating and over the top amazing with customer service. She helped me pick the perfect carpet and pad for my space and needs and the price was incredible. Super premium carpet for twenty cents a square foot more than the lower quality stuff at the big box stores. This was just for a small area in my basement, but you can bet I will RUN back to Ms. Erika when I'm ready to do the rest of my house.
