We stop by often even if only for a drink. The staff is super friendly and respectful. The lobby is immaculate. The lobby person,Shelly, is attentive to detail and socializes appropriately with customers while doing a great job.
4/21 We stopped by for a drink today. They were either out of carbonation for the second time in a week OR still out of carbonation from last week. That's very concerning for a fast food restaurant. Neighboring store,same owner seems to be okay.

First time using the McDonald's app, easy to navigate, loaded with special promos, and ordered before I arrived, ready in 5 minutes.
Picked the McGriddle breakfast sandwich, bacon, egg, cheese, got a promo for next day $2. Of course, I'm luvvin it!
Other promotions include hearty discounts in orders of $10 or more. Add bonus points and cash in for hashbrowns.
Nice.

Let's face it McDonald's is McDonald's. However this McDonald's must have something special that I am just not seeing their prices are 25 to 40% greater than other McDonald's that are just a few miles away. It makes no sense. Just look at the price of a double cheeseburger a medium fry and a small soda at the different locations and you will see what I'm talking about.

I ate 1,498 calories here in one sitting, my order was 3 hamburgers, 1 Mcgrittle, and an iced mocha Carmel. Was a pretty good day. Will be taking Martian Cabello the 3rd and Dom Toretto here. BUSSIN

Best McDonalds in the area! And the caramel frappes are soo delicious!

One of the better McDonald's in the area. Food in consistently good and service is typically fast. Drive Thru waits are usually pretty short too.

It was the typical local McDonald's experience food wasn't cooked properly riders were cold and they got to us most people don't have a clue what they were doing chicken nuggets were overdone overall typical McDonald's adding to this went there tonight and it was so understaffed and it took over an hour to get my food the girls working or awesome but this franchisee sucks learn how to pay your people trained properly

As busy and short staff this McDonald's gets , the employees are doing a great job getting orders out as fast as they can .

Ordering from the app is quick an easy. Food was done few min after I ordered an I get points for free stuff

Special orders really don't upset them! My family have different food requirements. I'm happy we can still go to McDonald's.

The customer service is friendly and the one in south glens falls is the one i go to all the time and the lady that works there kelsey she is super friendly and a amazing person she always gets my food fast and never gets it wrong 😎she is very friendly.

This place has some of the best employees as they are highly respectful. Depending on the time of day, the service is usually fast.
