My experience there was good. The lady helped me find the right box for my items and taped it up for me. She was very helpful and kind.

I’ve never had any issues here,the workers are attentive.

Every time I go there it's the same thing. Prompt, courteous, professional service.

Staff is very helpful and polite. Lines are not long when I go to this location.

The staff is very helpful and very apologetic due to having to wait when there is only one worker.

It took two trips but eventually it all worked out.

I've always come here to get my packages shipped. All I needed was the top of my packaged taped and for whatever reason, the worker decided to lecture me about how I should have it ready next time. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what, but every time I've been there before they've done it for me, no problem. It was also completely dead there, and there was more than one person at the front desk (for the first time ever lol), so it's not like I was holding up the line or anything

They are very willing to blame PH post office for everything. I normally bypass this post office and go straight to PH even though the slip says Brentwood, my packages are normally there. This time PH said they sent it to Brentwood. Unfortunately it's not there and have no idea where it is. This is getting ridiculous. I'll start going with UPS.

The person behind counter was probably the most inept individual I've ever encountered in customer service. Her first response was there are no supervisors there...I didn't ask for a supervisor??..This was her way of telling me she had no clue how to answer my question...
I only had a simple request to have my deceased father's mail stopped....I'm sure I'm not the first or only person that's had a parent pass!

I've lived a lot of places and I've never struggled with a post office like I have here. Mail carriers don't knock when a signature is required - they just leave a slip and move on. Once you fill out the slip they still don't deliver the package. When I went to the actual post office they couldn't find the package, blamed Pleasant Hills office, and told me to call them and have a nice life and to nevermind that the redelivery slip indicates that the package is being held at their office.

They didn't offer to call Pleasant Hills themselves or even provide their number to me. Zero customer service, and a waste of my time.

Mail is also delivered by a different carrier every week, and comes anytime between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Oh, and the carriers have never picked up any outgoing mail I leave either, so I just walk a few blocks to a blue mail bin and drop it in there.

Absolutely terrible.

I never write bad reviews however, every time I use this post office I have a negative experience. The workers are rude and not helpful at all. Mostly the women, I can’t say it’s the men. No wonder it has such a low rating! I went in today and asked a question about a package I have to mail and before I get an answer she replies in a nasty manner that they don’t have clear tape for the package... no clear tape at the post office? Hmm.. okay.. and if you’re so miserable why not get another job? I hear this all the time about them there.

It's noon, 2 weeks before Christmas on a Saturday. The line is out the door and how many people are working in the Post Office? ONE! This is the dumbest thing I've ever seen, whoever manages this location needs replaced. And to top it all off the one employee working is extremely slow and unpleasant.
