The staff at Eagle Loans in Steubenville are phenomenal! So helpful, informative, and friendly! They always make me feel so comfortable and I was in and out quickly!! They are the best!!

Best place to go to for a loan they are so helpful and make things easy so you don't have to deal with all the stress and hassles like other places give you. They are fair and the approval odds are better then any other place I know about the manager here will do her best to help you get the loan you need and try to make things easy for you with a comfortable setting always something fresh to drink and snacks for kids. I highly recommend Eagle Loan!!

I found this place for my friend and she did the application over the phone. She's looking for a loan because she's buying a house. The guy insisted on getting the address for the new house, which is weird in my opinion. Because why would they need that information? So he put the application in with her and he said he would call her back. Well they didn't so she called back and they said she was denied because of "no collateral". For one, they didn't even ask for collateral at all. So how can you be denied for something you werent even asked about? Lol. For two, she has good credit and an income. She pays her bills on time/early too. It doesn't add up. Bad first impression of this place for sure.
