Spanky's Breakfast & Lunch

I have been to Spanky’s a couple times now and I originally stopped in for a bite to eat as I have always passed this place in my travels, so I wanted to try it out. Upon entering Spanky’s I loved the atmosphere. It feels so cozy and welcoming! The waiters always greet you with a smile and treat you like family and you can tell they genuinely care about their jobs and doing the best they can to make your experience a great one. That's the first of many great things! I sat down with a buddy of mine and we ordered two burgers. Highly recommend the rodeo burger. It is amazing! I was honestly shocked how fast the food came out, the service was outstanding! If you stop by on a busy day the wait might be a little longer but looking at all the antique license plates around the restaurant is the perfect way to pass the time! Super cool! I would highly recommend stopping here for a bite to eat and you will not be disappointed! I surely wasn't disappointed and I will definitely be going back in the near future.

I live local, and this is a perfect spot to stop for breakfast. The staff are always friendly, the food is really really good, and it's always just busy enough to have good atmosphere but still seat you right away and offer great service. If your looking for for good local food, you found it!

This is a great local place for breakfast! We ate here 3 out of the 4 mornings we were in town. Cream chipped beef was excellent, omelets cooked perfectly, nice fluffy pancakes and delicious breakfast sandwiches! The staff was super friendly, even while dealing with large crowds for 4th of July weekend. We will be back!

Food was delicious, service was great and the waitresses were so nice. We have eaten here twice in one week and have not been disappointed either time. You definitely need to save room for their Famous Cinnamon Bun. Sooooo good!

Such a pleasant surprise, so much food, could not eat it all.My spring omelet was the fluffiest omelet I ever had, baby spinach so tender, tomatoes an cheese just finished it off perfectly. What a menu, so many choices wow !!! Can't wait to be back in the area again

Me and my gf went here after hiking and kayaking it was awesome great service great fresh food close to State Park ware we were hiking. Awesome milkshake at the end definitely going back soon.

Fantastic little location. Spanky’s is a breakfast and lunch spot in an old hotel on a country road ( somewhat near corner of route 191 and route 447) but actually is on 960 Main Street [aka: RR 191]. Walls are adorned with license plates, and there are huge comfy vintage wooden booths to chill in. Service is friendly.

Very small town vibe but not limited to small town attitude. The staff here are so courteous and professional you feel not just like a patron but a part of their small town. Our help was excited to see us and helped us get the best meal like when I asked if I could minus out the potatoes and sub in corned beef hash. They allowed it and explained the cost savings/extra. Which is not available at most restaurants. They had breakfast meats from pork to beef and even turkey. Which is awesome, so you can take multiple friends and family who have a variety of tastes here.

Parking was fairly simple. Just follow the ONE WAY signs around back. The main entrance is in the front. There is plenty of seating and they do have plastic COVID separations for the booths for those who want to know. They keep it clean, I didn't have a sticky table. It's a shame I have to mention that as a bonus. Lol should be standard right? But I have found sticky tables elsewhere.

We plan on coming back and visiting with additional friends who came up to this area with us. Definitely give this place a shot, you should have a great meal in a unique ambiance experience. Wish I could have time to read all the different plates on the walls and find the most unusual one. Kudos to the establishment here for such a cool themed decor.

Fun place to get some lunch. We stumbled on to this while on a road trip. Employees were great, food was really good. Prices are reasonable. Go there.

I made a quick pit stop to this restaurant and had a lovely experience from the start. I sat at the counter and was served within minutes. The menu is robust but not overwhelming and the prices are great!

The waitress was very nice and attentive which greatly added to the experience overall. I had french toast and it was absolutely delicious. Also I loved the decor.

Gem of a place, accommodative, family run, very understanding, sweet and tasty! Will definitely be coming back when in the area.

My family has eaten at Spankys at least 30 times over the last few years. It is our go to breakfast spot when in the area. The service is fantastic and the food is even better. Our personal faves are the omelettes and sausage gravy over biscuits. Coffee is great too!

Always delicious food and great atmosphere! Our go to place for the best breakfast in the area.

I’m from The Netherlands and I wanted to get a legit American breakfast. I got it. 🥰 I loved the staff, the food, heck I loved everything of it. ❤🤠

We stopped in on a whim before a 3 hour ride home and were delighted we did. Peggy was such a pleasure to talk with while we were waiting for our to-go breakfast sandwiches. We had our 15 month old son with us and she brought him a cut up banana in between playing hide and seek. We noticed our coffees had "Dad" and "Mom" written on them when we got outside. We wish we had such a friendly place near home! Not to mention the sandwiches were delicious!

I wish I could give more than five stars! From the moment we walked in we were treated so well by the staff! The food was absolutely amazing and so well priced. We both really enjoyed what we had ( I had the senior and mom had a veggie omelet). Her omelet was busting with veggies and my pancakes tasted like home! It was our first time but definitely not our last. I highly recommended calling ahead of you have a larger party as it is very busy there!

Great lunch at Spankys! Been dying to bring my boyfriend here because I knew he would entertained about all the licenses plates decor. What a perfect time to bring him here after finishing an 8k! Enjoyed the food, especially those gravy fries! Reasonable prices and overall great environment.
