The team at Affinity helped me build a brand new gaming PC from the floor, up. I was helped as soon as I walked in, which is nice to see. The person helping me (I think the owner, maybe?) listened to my plans/needs, and then walked me through recommendations for the build. They put together a full order and showed me the price. Surprisingly, they are literally a few dollars more than what I was researching online.

What really blew me away was the level of detail with which they were able to recommend components. I'm glad I went because their advice saved me from buying incompatible components that I had queued up online. I also got an education on how to plan for upgrades in the years to come.

Much of what I needed for the build was available at the shop, except the processor. They special ordered a Ryzen 7 3800X 8-Core, 16-Thread processor, which arrived the morning after the following day.

Save some time and trouble and have knowledgeable person help you put together the right rig for you. I am totally satisfied with the help that I got from Affinity Computer Technology.

This shop is actually one of the hidden gems in this area, I wish I knew about this place years ago!

I usually build my own computers, but this new build I was looking to create would take me a while to complete. This time around, I decided to splurge and have someone do the work for me. It also saved me from going through the mental headaches of things such as installing and doing the cable management for 6 RGB fans+fan controllers and much more!

I came into the shop with a complicated PC build, with some special instructions.. However, the staff were ready to take on the build! The people here are very friendly and are passionate about their work. They gave me a lot of good advice and support when it came to my PC build, and their extensive experience shows when they talk about certain things and events that predate my time working with computers.

If you’re not looking for a service here, this place also sells various types of computer parts, which can save you a trip or two to the closest Microcenter. Not only did their excellent service win my trust and satisfaction, but the fact that they carry a lot of newest PC parts just adds a cherry on top!

I have worked with Affinity Computers for 5 years. They professionally deliver 100's of high-end custom PCs for my business. The team is knowledgeable and highly professional. On the very rare occasion when something wasn't quite right they fix it quickly. I also go to them with my personal computing needs.

John and Bill are the best. I wanted to splurge and have a custom PC built for me. They took the time to ask questions and learn what I needed and wanted. They easily could have pulled everything from the top shelf prices but instead, they gave me what I needed. If you are looking for a place that will take care of your computers look no further. I’d recommend anyone who needs computer repair/replacements to visit Affinity. I recently had a Asus ROG gaming laptop worked on here. It had a lot of issues ranging from heating and other damages from the years of use. The gentlemen working at Affinity were very nice and went above and beyond while working on my machine. The process took around five weeks which was a little long for me, but definitely worth the wait in the end. My laptop came out like a brand new unit and it is way better than when I received it originally from the previous owner. I will recommend anyone looking for repairs and replacements for their computers to stop here and visit Affinity. Thank you Affinity!

Affinity built my computer for me quite a number of years ago, and it's been tremendous - high quality, great performance. Recently it needed a fan replaced (very reasonable given it's an old computer and I've almost never cleaned it). Affinity did the work along with cleaning the interior and replacing another fan that was going bad for a very reasonable price. Besides the labor being reasonable, the parts prices were just as good as if I had bought them myself on Amazon or elsewhere. Further, they did the work quickly. Highly recommended!

I called Affinity to help prepare my home office for a new job. At the time, my new laptop, monitor, printer, and related devices formed a tangle of wires that left little room to move my feet or even my mouse. The machine settings required extensive customization. And my Outlook program kept trying pointlessly to reach my old company’s exchange server. Fortunately, the Affinity expert fixed everything the next day in just two hours. He reconfigured the entire IT set-up for efficiency, supplied additional components – including a “UPS,” which I didn’t even know I needed – and coordinated with me to get the settings just right. For the value provided, I thought the price was fair. In fact, I was so impressed with the job that I added a tip to the bill. It’s like I suddenly have my own high-quality IT department.

I have brought my computer to Affinity Computers a few weeks ago. My computer just rebooted after post before ever getting to Windows. First I thought it was a hardware problem so I had Bill look at it. The store is busy so it did take over a week to get it back, but Bill explained to me that it was a software problem and fixed it. The price was reasonably considering the amount of time Bill worked on it. Bill was very professional and I was very impressed with the work that he did. If needed, I wouldn't hesitate going back if I run into a problem with my computer. I highly recommend Affinity Computers for repairs.

Good Service and Reasonable Pricing. Affinity has successfully repaired and upgraded several computers for me over the years, and they have tactfully let me know when the best option is to retire and replace an aging PC. They recently transferred my applications and data from an aging PC that was starting to fail onto a new replacement PC. I was frankly amazed at how little disruption I experienced moving to the new PC. Everything I have tried since the upgrade looks and feels almost exactly like it did on the old system—right down to my icons and shortcuts.

I find their pricing for PCs and components to be surprisingly close to the best prices I find online, with the margins more than justified by the value of being able to have real two-way conversations with knowledgeable sales staff and technicians to make sure that what I am buying will work as expected. More than once, they have steered me away from a solution I thought would work, and I am grateful for their guidance and support.

I found the folks at Affinity Computers to be very professional and friendly. There was a $75 fee for them to have a look at it, which I found fair. I have seen other reviewers complain about this, but if I were standing behind that counter I would expect my time to be compensated. They did a great job and got my PC back in working order within 2 working days. I plan to go back, if I ever need computer help again. Heartily recommend.

They are quick to respond and address your needs and their turnaround times help to ensure you aren't without your equipment for long. They are also able to assist in installing new wiring and equipment in your new office. This is a true local company that understands the meaning of honest and dedicated service to its clients.

My son's laptop stopped working without an apparent cause. We took it into Affinity to see if it could be repaired or we would need to replace it. We found that the cost to repair was more than expected and would take longer due to parts and customs. My son was upset. Despite the fact that they were busy Mr. Bailey took the time to talk directly to my son about what he used his computer for, the games he played, and what could be the best option for his lifestyle. They helped us put together a system that works specifically for him. I really appreciated their patience and focused attention.

Came here looking for parts and some advice on my current build. Absolutely loved them. Amazing people. Forget Micro Center. These guys are the best!!

John and Bill have been extremely helpful and informative over the years for all of my company and personal needs. I highly recommend Affinity if you need a new PC or are building a PLEX server.

They are very knowledgeable and can explain technical problems in very plain English. I am not a technical person but I understood what happened to my laptop and how it was fixed. They are also very personable and willing to answer any questions I may have.
