I have been very happy with the service I received. I have mailed numerous packages the last couple of months and they have arrived in good condition and on time. My local mail carrier Roxann has been a godsend with assisting my elderly parents by bringing packages and mail inside their home. Thank you Roxann.

This is how my Christmas gift for my sister arrived.when I went to local post office to complain, I was told it wasn’t marked fragile.
So apparently the post office can do whatever it wants unless you mark package fragile.

The postmaster was EXTREMELY disrespectful. He was mad I came in 5min before close bc he had a truck coming. He slammed my package multiple times knowing they were wrapped pictures , and treated me like garbage. West Lafayette isn’t that far, I’d just go there instead because there’s no excuse for a business or business owner to treat people this way!!!

Horrible as when ya buy something and it comes through the mail and doesnt fit in the mail box they just put it where ever as that is twice now they out it in the spare vehicle like really leave a note saying where ya put it.Def will be calling tomarrow to talk to someone as never had this issue till this year.

Very rude dont remember the guys name but he was cursing at me because i was in a hurry i got alot going on this week and he just snapped on me. I was using words like yes sir and no sir i didnt not raise my voice i just hung up and wrote a review

To lazy to drive up a 50 foot driveway to drop packages off. Thought the job "title" was to deliver mail. Not the first time its happened. Just lazy.

Very rude on phone and in person, don't pick up or deliver mail on time. Very unhappy with the post office this year.
