Always a good experience. Good people especially. Though, I wish the phone line would not be busy the entire day, so when important situations pop up for our business that we can contact them.

Friendly and convenient

Had a package end up here from Columbus, and instead of taking it over to west L they shipped it back to Columbus.
Hope it’s not broke when it showed up as it is a fragile package.

Lived here several years and never have had a problem lately when Dee fills in for normal driver she finds every reason not to deliver packages when she is here and makes us drive 20 miles to the post office to pick up packages . Normal mail lady kind and friendly. Too bad more people can’t be like her. … Don’t be a Dee.
Watch your flowers also when Dee is around instead of asking if she can pick flowers on your property she just does it !!!!!

I have lived at the same address for 8 years and somehow they still deliver my things to the wrong address, a random PO Box that I’ve never had and just simply I have to track down my own mail while the address is plainly written on all of the mail exactly where I live! It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing! I’ve complained many times and nothing seems to change.

Phone line has been busy for 2 hours.....
