The wife and I got a seasonal site for the first time. We've camped here many years and love this place! The staff is very friendly and courteous. Absolutely love the amenities such as the swim up bar, the beach and so on. The sunrises are spectacular too. Themed weekends and a lot of activities for the kiddos. Highly highly recommend!!!

Had a great experience in May. It was my first time staying at an RV park and we enjoyed every moment of it. The people were outstanding. The sunrise and sunsets were incredible. Benji loved the beach. The cottage was super nice and well equipped. Looking forward to many more stays, hopefully someday in my own RV.

This has been one of, if not THE favorite park of the year for us so far. TONS to do, and TONS of staff to help. This resort has a swim up bar, a Tiki Hut bar, an Ice Cream parlor, and a cafe. Full menu available at all locations, and all without leaving the resort. We rented both paddle boards and kayaks and were able to enjoy a full day of outdoor adventure without having to drive anywhere. They have a second pool to pull some of the little ones away from the main pool with the swim up bar, and also have an arcade and wonderfully stocked store that is like a cross between a convenience mart and a camp store. The parking lot is huge with plenty of lanes to park your rig, and a multi-lane checkin area to serve multiple customers at once. Roads are nice and wide and all paved. While not all of the sites are paved, it appears that all of the pull throughs are. I think we may have ended up in a row that just hadn't been upgraded from the previous owners yet, as spot 13 is currently a gravel site and still has the old park's name on the power pedastal. The only improvements I could see adding to the experience here would be a guide to your site (the place is pretty big), and trash service. They already have employees doing routine safety/security checks on golf carts, and they could easily grab trash and haul back to the dumpster by the office on their way back like other places have. Despite these minor nits, this has still been our favorite experience at our campsite this year. We camped at Sun Outdoors Rehoboth Bay in a Motorhome.

Great campground with nice sized level sites. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty to do once the amenities open for the summer

This was our first long camping trip and our new puppy's first trip also, and they were both a smashing success. The grand design rally we were there for was so much fun and everything was dog friendly. These were just some of our photos from the rally. The campground was very accommodating to such a large group of camper owners. I would recommend this campground to a family.
My only complaint and it was no one's fault was the mosquitoes that were still alive in October. We were surprised at how warm it still was.

Great Location, Great camp resort. I took a girls trip and we had a blast. The GM Kristi was very helpful this weekend and made our stay enjoyable. The beach and the pool were amazing. The beach was clean, the resort was clean and the staff was wonderful. Having a tiki bar located on site is a great feature. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

This is my second time staying in one of the cottages. Both times the cottages have been very clean and comfortable. The mattresses in the bunk room are a little thin and hard. However, it did not upset my trip at all. The cottages have all the appliances you need and some supplies to get you started. The service on both occasions was fantastic… very very friendly and helpful. Our coffee pot was not working correctly and when I let the office know, we had a brand new one in just a few minutes. I love it here… it’s quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed just sitting on the deck talking and visiting. It’s close to other beaches and shopping. I can’t wait to start planning another trip here.

We took a trip here with our 4 teen kids for a week. Had a fantastic time, and the fact there is bay-side beach access within walking distance of the camper was fantastic. The camp sites are a little small/tight, and very little shade. But, this didn’t stop us from having a fantastic time. Early August was hot and humid , but the water was refreshing. We preferred the bay for swimming, rather than the pools. A lot of the campers seemed to enjoy the pools. The clubhouse also had its own ice cream shop which we all enjoyed. Anyway, we booked our next trip here for the the following year, one year ahead!

First glamping trip and this place didn't disappoint. Beach. Tiki bar, two pools (1 for kiddos, the other had a swim up bar) general store in case you forgot something, launch for paddle boards, boat ramp. Very clean, ample space for all sizes of campers. Fire pits, grills... Almost every visitor was friendly (there's always one, right?) Great staff.

Sun Outdoors Rehoboth Bay was a wonderful first-time camping experience. I can't tell you how much fun we had at the bay and pool. The Comfort Area is clean and convenient. The easy access to local businesses is a nice touch. Will come again and stay a week.

Formerly Massey Landings now Sun Outdoor Rehoboth. Great views, RV sites are roomy ours backed right up to the water, AND you should definitely try the drinks at the tiki bar.. one of my faves is the dirty banana.

Absolutely love this place. The tiki bar and pool can be “dangerous”. The bartenders are wonderful and they make the drinks perfectly. There is definitely consistency between the bars and bartenders, which is good. The food at the tiki bar is good. The sites are payed out nicely and it’s easy to navigate to your site regardless of how big your rig is. Mine is 44’ and the roads and turns were spacious. I definitely recommend either site 119 or any of the ones backed up to the lagoons with the boat ramp. This place is a 10/10. And they offer the largest military discount out of all of the campgrounds I’ve stayed at.

A beautiful location with the friendliest staff! Everyone was so welcoming and there were a lot of activities to do! An arcade, activities every day from the recreation team, pool, beach and tiki bar! I have no complaints about this campground and will definitely be returning again!

Sun Outdoors Rehoboth Bay has been a fantastic resort. Campground is clean, activities are great for all ages. Service is top notch. Brooks helped us with firewood even after camp store hours. Highly recommend this campground. We will be returning.

Nice campground with paved roads. Facilities were clean and we'll kept. Sites were level with a separate adjoining space for parking. Very dog friendly as dogs are allowed in all buildings including the outdoor Tiki Bar and camp store. They have a separate dog beach as well.

We have been coming here since it was Massey's Landing, by far our favorite camp spot to vacation. We always get the safari tent which, although it no longers comes with a complimentary golf cart, is still our favorite way to stay. This was our first time staying mid week and I was pleasantly surprised with all of the kids activities they still had. Candy bar bingo, alligator wrestling, smores, sunglasses coloring and so much more. The staff that hosted the activities were so friendly, engaging and made each experience a great memory. Don't forget to try a shark attack drink while you're there :-). We can't wait to come back, again!

Super clean, well maintained bathhouses, pool, cafe, waterfront restaurant. Friendly staff, Hi Gordon! Super helpful about restaurants in the area, pet friendly. Rented a golf cart for my older dog and me. I'm no spring chicken either. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Off the beaten track on a dead end road/boat dock. could watch boats passing by our campsite right on the water and worth every penny. Small tree gave us a little shade. Will definately return. Went weekdays before Mother's Day 2023

I’ve stayed at a lot of campgrounds and this is by far the best one yet. It’s more like a resort than a campground. The little bar/restaurant on site is INCREDIBLE and had live music the night I stayed, the bathrooms are so clean, there’s a cafe inside the main office building for a great breakfast, you can rent a golf cart to drive throughout the campground during your stay which is so much fun, and the staff is AMAZING. We didn’t get a chance to swim in the pool during our stay but I’m sure it would have been great. But seriously… by far the most amazing campground I’ve ever been to. If I’m ever in the area again I’ll be sure to stay here!
