Fantastic! When we began shopping for a boat we had a lot of questions and were looking at a number of different brands and models. From the moment we went to Momentum Marine we were treated like family. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. We eventually purchased a new boat through Austin and could not be happier with our decision. Our experience before, during and now after the purchase has not changed. We are treated like family. From boat handling advice, to follow on toys and accessories, there is always someone there who knows the answer, provides patient advice, and ensures we leave knowing that someone cares about our boating experience. Had the toons acid cleaned on my 2015 Manitou V toon and they turned out really well. I am highly impressed with the results. These are the people to see for this type of service. I would rate this service as a 10 out of 10.

Been waiting for parts to complete some warranty work for some time, the dealership changed hands during the wait. I can definitely see the difference! The facility has been cleaned up and the staff is actually pleasant and attentive! I about fell off my chair when the service manager called to give me an update on my boat!

While we didn't end up completing the purchase with Momentum on a new Centurion, because We changed our minds at the absolute last second on a new Nautique. Tech’s arrived at Union dock on time Wednesday and picked up the boat to install 2 sockets for table. We agreed to be complete on Friday. The only issue I had by was that I had to call to pick up my pontoon as agreed. I expected a call to schedule. All ended well, we did pick up the pontoon late on Friday. Craftsmanship was great.

Lakeside was awesome. They communicated everything via text, and the service work was exactly as they quoted me. They also passed along things to consider doing after the winter shutdown. Great place and great people.

Over the top, excellent customer service from all the staff members! The ladies who helped us get checked in and checked out when we rented a pontoon for the day were friendly and efficient. Then the young men who assisted us at the dock were just incredible, so patient and helpful. I dropped my cell phone in the water and one of them even went down and got it for me after I told them not to worry about it. This whole staff really impressed me and my friends. Plus we had a blast on the pontoon with no troubles at all. We will rent again anytime we're headed to Lake Martin.

When I first purchased my boat a couple years ago, the warranty service was bad. It seems they’ve made some changes and now communication is much better and they came to me to service my boat! I would purchase from lakeside again!

There were some issue due to the holiday weekend . However Christina and Lori were beyond welcoming, understanding and accommodating. We had an amazing time. Big shout out to these ladies for making this weekend a great time for us. Thank you

I have patronized this Marina for several years.Just recently bought my first Bennington pontoon boat powered by a 90hp Yamaha and we absolutely love it!
