This review is 3 months overdue, had knee replacement surgery in Jan 2024 and its been a long hall. I can't say enough good things about Mark the manager at Aqua Living Spa in Pinellas Park FL. He was so helpful in my quest for a new spa. I must of went into Aqua Living 6-8 times to ask questions about their spas. Mark never made me feel like I was bothering him. He was glad to answer any questions I had, even if I had asked before. You would never know by Mark's actions or words that he was trying to sell me anything. It was not like any other big purchase I've ever made. Just answers to my many questions, gave me time to think over what choices and options I had, with some food for thought along the way. This went on for about 2 months before I made a purchase. No pressure....Just here if you need me to answer any other questions you might have. P.S. with all the orders going out at Christmas time, (and there were alot) he made sure I had my spa delivered a few weeks before my knee surgery so I could enjoy it some before.

Purchased Catalina in 2020 received b4 Covid Shutdown.. have enjoyed for 4 years. I found myself noticing cover was faded from Florida Sunshine and need to replace , reached out to Billy at Aqua Spas for assistance.. he actually answered phone and gave me all the info within minutes. Recently, we purchased a Catalina Hot Tub for our home. Mark Debes made every step of the selection, order, delivery, and initial set-up a pleasant experience.

It started with our salesman Mark, who was so thorough with all the different spas and their features. The deliver team, lead by Ron did an amazing job getting the tub into our lanai. Our electrician finished it off the next day with great service.

I could not be happier with the PP31 that I bought from Aqua Living Factory Outlets. These guys know how to make a quality spa. You would be amazed at how powerful the jets are in this 110v plug and play hot tub. The built-in Bluetooth sound system really rocks. The delivery team is very professional and takes great care in the handing and placement of the products. Billy Dodson was very helpful in getting the order done perfectly. Everything as promised. Life is better with a hot tub from Aqua Living.

There are a lot of jacuzzi manufacturer companies out there and certainly lots of options. But for me, I've have two great experiences with Aqua Living. My first was a few years ago when I bought my first jacuzzi. It was so easy to use and maintain, I knew I could never live without one again! After I moved, it was time to purchase my next one. I had no hesitation in picking which company to use. Mark at Aqua Living in St. Petersburg has been amazing. He offered his advise and expertise to ensure I picked my new one and would be just perfect. Service has been prompt and efficient. I could not have asked for anything more!

Sales Manager Billy Dodson is a no nonsense, no pressure, well informed guy who put us in the hot tub that is perfect for us and saved us thousands of dollars in the process. Ron Ruiz and his delivery and installation crew were fantastic. They had to remove a section of our lanai and reinstall it to get the tub inside. They accomplished this task in very short order without any damage to the lanai whatsoever. We were really impressed. Mr. Ruiz thoroughly and carefully explained set up and maintenance requirements for us. Highly recommended operation. PS: We went with the Tranquility G-7.

We can't thank Billy enough for all of his help during our spa buying experience. The tub came in on schedule (although we had to delay delivery) and the delivery team was fabulous, taking the time to walk us through start up procedures, etc. Billy even gave us a referral for a great electrician, who we will definitely use in the future should the need arise. I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to Billy at Aqua Living. We couldn't be more thrilled with our Tranquility G-2!

Outstanding customer service! Anytime I have a question, Mark takes the time to explain the features! My wife and I love our Catalina and would recommend it to anyone in the market and if you not then you need to go visit Mark to see what you've been missing out on!!!

We bought a new hot tub after visiting the Pinellas Park store and speaking with Billy. The hot tub was delivered within the timeframe we anticipated but unfortunately the hot tub acrylic was not the exact color we had ordered, there was some damage due to transportation and there was some other cosmetic and quality issues which were conveyed to the delivery team managed by Ron. Billy called me immediately after finding out there were problems and the next day had informed me that he ordered me a replacement hot tub. The new hot tub was delivered surprisingly fast and we were satisfied with the overall quality of the replacement hot tub. There were still a few cosmetic issues on the cabinet which Billy proactively placed a service ticket for repair or replacement. Billy and Ron have shown excellent customer service and have shown they stand by their warranty and strive to make the customer happy with their purchase.
