Every once in awhile somebody does something so exceptional that you have to write a review. Tonight's service at the drive through was just that: exceptional. There was a malfunction at the speaker so I had to give my order at the window. The young man there took it in stride with grace, placing my order without complaint. At the window where I was to pick up my food, I was asked to wait so that a fresh new pot of coffee could be made. I was informed that the coffee pot was also going to be cleaned. How could I complain about a short wait?!? It was excellent coffee by the way. Every one was pleasant and professional, obviously going with the flow of the mundane realities that come with any business operation. I won't hesitate to visit this McDonald's again.

Doing the online order through the mobile app isn’t as fast as other food apps, but the saving grace are the deals and point accumulation for free food redemption.
Fries were nice and crispy, double cheese was warm and gooey, coke was refreshing and carbonated, and the chicken nuggets were on point.
Not many McDonald’s even serve hot food to you. One of the FEW and very rare occasions. This place is outstanding in many ways.
I appreciate everyone there who helped give me a hot meal after a long day at work.

My name is Lisa and I'm an independent contractor for Postmates. I went to this location to pick up a prepaid order for a customer. The order was being prepared when I arrived and thus, I was able to convey this detail to my customer. The bags were sealed to ensure safety for my customer. Expensive for small sandwiches but you always know the food. Presentation was good this time 👌

I just stop to use the restroom on my long drive. The restroom was clean.

The best McDonald's in the area. The staff have never made a mistake ( on my orders) and are always polite and cheerful. The ice cream machine has always worked.😁

I am updating this review from a former negative review that I had previously posted which was an updated review that started with a positive glowing review. I can say that if and when I did run into a really poor experience the manger that I spoke with 100% communicated any concerns and resolved it amicable which I sincerely appreciate. It’s nice to see the same familiar faces in the morning when I get my coffee and breakfast. As a consumer looking in it seems as though the managers really seem to care about the crew members as well as the customers. Also to add to my personal experience I also deliver for Uber Eats sometimes on weekends and the restaurant is always quick and efficient when I’m picking up orders. Thank you for the smiling faces and good morning greetings! P.s For some reason they make my coffee perfectly. Same coffee I order other locations but this spot just makes it perfect. Coffee is the key to my heart.

This McDonalds has had it fair share of unpleasant associates. I stopped in for the first time In a very long time out of sheer convenience and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Everybody was super kind very friendly and all had smiling faces. Willow made my visit absolutely wonderful!

Love my cinnamon rolls. Plus the drive thru cashier at night is awesome her short self. Plus our dog loves it. Ever cashier has had a great experience with him. They have never frightened him or verse vice

The employees here are so sweet! Cynthia is always so nice to me. Such a cool girl. My food is always hot and fresh. Usually there's a few cars in line but the employees make sure we don't wait forever. Quick but never rushed and accurate. What a remarkable experience.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast .
Went through the drive thru in the line with about 4 cars ahead . Moved quickly , service was fast . Food was good 👍

Great service today at this location. I wanted a coffee with milk not cream and the woman taking my order was super accommodating. That's all I was ordering too so I could see someone getting ignored by a picky customer! They were great!

I am gonna be honest this guy that took my order at front counter his name was Dylan he was very kind and awesome he payed for some of my order i didnt have enough money for what i was getting i want him to know that i really appreciate it hope he can move up.THANKS SO MUCH! I will continue to come here. Hope some one important sees this and tell him that he did a good deed and i appreciated it.

Its fast food hit and miss
Edit: they have made some changes and it shows . Food is good service is quick and painless. If you don't have your payment ready you could be the reason your food is cold not them.
