Such a wonderful Post Office! The grounds are beautifully manicured. They take great pride in this office and it shows. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They have the best stamp collection on their wall.

I go to this PO at least a couple of times most weekdays to drop off packages from my small business. I have never had any issues with these folks and they've always been friendly and helpful if I had a question or a postal problem with something that I screwed up.

Very helpful when I was tracking packages which did not arrive timely. Also helpful on the phone when making arrangements to pickup packages that did not fit in my box. Often, due to Pinckney being the mail carriers for the area, tracking shows that packages have arrived when they are still in transit from Pinckney to Whitmore Lake. I appreciate having a small town post office which knows their patrons and cares about their mail.

Little small town post office. Easy to get in and out. Sandy is a great lady and works long days running that place. I wish they did my main mail because Pinckney Post Office SUCKS!

THIS USPS is a god send!!!. I do not know why there are so many bad reviews but this place is great. They have never let me down shipping a package. I would recommend pre purchasing a label to save money though.

A very small full service Post Office. Very helpful clerks. I do about $10,000 shipping a year through this PO and have never had a problem. They even do Passports.

The new Postmaster is really nice and really goes out of his way to help! He’s helped me a ton since he recently got there! Thank you!!

Friendly and quick

It is a very small post office, but has a place to walk in and speak to someone in person, or buy stamps and various other mailing materials. It offers boxes for quick dropping off as well.

The people are only nice unless you have a problem with your mail. If you ever have an issue they are not the people to go to

It's the only post office in town

The post office is slow at work. There is always a line and I always end up waiting for about 20-30 minutes just to ship something. Don’t even need the receipt because shopping has been paid for I just need them to scan it and ship it. Really irritating may as well go to the Brighton one which is much quicker with the same size line.
