I see a lot of bad reviews but I've been here probably about 10 times and generally don't really have any issues. And definitely not any issues that would not happen at any other post office I've been to. Yeah the workers might not have a fake customer service Smile on 24/7 but don't really expect it, they help with the transaction and then we're done

The person who worked there went above and beyond to help me. I truly appreciate his service and support! Thank you for being so kind!

I have never had a problem here and the staff is terrific.

Wonderful staff, always very understanding when I have something to be mailed somewhere weird.

Re: all the negative reviews on here: if people would learn to fill out labels right the first time, the employees wouldn’t have to ask you to start over. I’ve overheard your conversations while waiting in line and you have no one but yourselves to blame.

So the obvious the postal service is nothing like it used to be and it's very disappointing. This location is close to our house so if we have to send via USPS then we will come by here.

The staff is hit or miss some are helpful and nice others are like employees at the DMV miserable to be around. I usually get nice employees, but not always the case. The inside looks like your in a quarantined room with all the plastic surrounding the counters and it's very small so if there busy be prepared to wait outside.

Maybe post on your hours that this place is closed 1230-130 for lunch....That is not reflected online anywhere and is a waste of time for people that only have a lunch hour to ship something. Not the first time I've been disappointed be this location being closed and wasting my time.

Indian lady working there is so rude .
The very first visit there I let it slide because I was with kids . ( her attitude made my 3 year old nervous ). 2nd time I went back , it seems like this Person hates her job . She had attitude with me and with 2 other olderly ladies :/ . One of them seemed to be scared of asking her a question ..
I hope o never get to see her again!

I'm done...Marcus is trash..I've had my packages repeatedly flagged even though they've met the shipping criteria. Nothing has been inspected, just sent back. When I returned to inquire why it keeps happening he started making up his own rules and fumbling all over himself. I don't have problems shipping items from other postal locations but this guy has taken it upon himself to single people out. I'm afraid to ship anything from this location now.

Was just here and the staff (one guy) was extremely unhelpful and wouldn’t answer any of my questions directly. What a shame.

Really rude, and honestly they always manufacture an issue. They denied my pre labeled packages, claiming the weight was wrong. First of all, on these tiny packages which are first class in my 20 years of shipping packages from sales nobody has ever weighed a package. These people pick and choose who to be nice to I can’t believe these workers are allowed to misbehave and act like emotional teenagers and extremely RUDE TO CUSTOMERS. We are the reason you have a job, clearly the management here is falling apart. Pathetic service in an extremely upscale neighborhood.

When there to drop off a package the guy at the cash register his name was Marcus Clerk .
Super rude guy with a big attitude shouldn’t be working in the neighborhood like North field. the guy talks way too much

They lost another very important letter!! This is the worst post office I have ever been to in my life. I placed the letter in the drop box and they have failed to deliver again. This is the 3rd lost letter from this location.
