Findlay Bros. Well Drilling

Our pump went out Friday morning. Jim called Findley’s and they were out the same day. Unfortunately, the pump was fried. They don’t carry the pump we needed, so Jim went and bought one and installed it Saturday. He couldn’t get it to work. Sunday our son in law came out to troubleshoot. Still no water to the house. Jim called Findlay’s Sunday evening. They returned our call Monday morning. Matt came out and looked at the pump, he figured out what the problem was. Fixed the pump.
We are so grateful and appreciative they came out both times so quickly. Thank you again Matt for great service. Definitely recommend these guys. 5 stars all around.

Finlay Bros. have been great to work with. For us, it started with our well inspection upon building new home. They installed a new submersible well pump, and water softener. We just had a water filter system installed. Each time they were prompt, professional and installed high quality equipment. The installation looks great and they were very good at explaining everything they did. Brian, Kenny and Will are true professionals!

We have trusted Brian at Findlay Bros. Well Drilling for 11+ years. When we bought a house that had sat empty for almost 7 years he got our well up and running, installed a softener system, and a reverse osmosis system.
Before buying our new house we knew who to call to get information on the well: Brian. He gave us the green light on the well and was spot on with what he told us.
We wanted to update everything water related in the new home and didn't even have to think about who we should call: Findlay Bros.
Will with Findlay Bros. came out to test our water and look at what we had going on (pressure tank, current softener, etc). He came up with a game plan and as soon as we gave him the green light he promptly came out to get us taken care of. We hadn't worked with Will, but he was just as thorough, friendly, and helpful as Brian has always been.
We will continue to use Findlay Bros Well Drilling for all of our well and water needs.

Our 13 year old water softener had been making squalling noises off and on for several weeks. I called Findlay Brothers and Will promptly called me back and had my water softener fixed the same day. This is at least the 3th time I have called Findlay Bros in the past 10+ years to service my well pump, well pressure tank, or water softener. They have always been prompt and professional. I wouldn't call anyone else.

They were very quick, kind, and great to work with. We will definitely call them if we ever have well issues again.

Buyers beware, you may want to read this before you get scammed too. Brian the owner came out gave me an estimate For $ 13.200.00 5 grand higher than previous estimate ,but he said he would do a good job,so I let him do the job. Completely destroyed my back yard,every bit of it Including butching up 3 trees dumping all the underground slop that came up and hiding it all under my evergreens landscaping, breaking a drain tile north of the house with their bobcat, claimed he drilled 130 ft. But only put in 6 pvc sections,lied about that to get extra money,After they left a huge mess in my yard joking about now you can start over and do it differently! I wasn't laughing ,after they left ,we got some rain and my whole basement flooded,I called Brian , because they hammered a huge hole in the basement wall a foot wide to put a small waterline thru,and left that hole wide open without repair,he tried to tell me it will seal up on its own!what ,then he blocked my number to avoid me.all I can say is Brian from Findlay is a total butcher,and I wouldn't call him if he were the only well guy around so don't waste your money or time on this ignorant p.o.s It will probably cost me 5 grand just to repair the damage he did to my yard.if you Call this guy to give him work ,call him by his real name Butcher! He's a Loser! He also told me not to change out my whole house filter anymore ,Because he claims a dirty filter works better than a new one!what a lying p.o.s.He just wants you to burn out your new pump ,so he can sell you a new one! Also recomended buying an extra control box in case lightning strikes ,only 150.00 then I go on Amazon and the same brand Franklin electric are 85.00 this guy is a thief! Everytime it rains my basement floods from the huge hole the Butchers hammered in my wall, and used spray foam to try to fill in the hole.
