Taco Fiesta II Mexican Kitchen

Everything was delicious. Our server was on top of everything. Everything our party of 6 ordered came out correctly, hot, and really flavorful. The salsa bar was great. Really love the renovations they have done with the building. So excited to have this in Mars Hill.

The service was great, always with a smile, very accommodating. There's a salsa bar with several kinds of salsa - hot bean dip is served with chips to the table when seated. The food was excellent! Prices were reasonable. If it were crowded, it would be noisy but we were there in the middle of the afternoon. Would definitely go again!

The restaurant has a light, friendly atmosphere. The service is courteous and attentive. The food is excellent. Their selection rivals that of other Mexican restaurants in the area. The dining room was full during our visit, so a small wait time was necessary. But we were still seated in a timely manner.
Overall, it is a pleasant place to eat.

We had a great experience here! It was New Years Eve and they were a little uncertain about closing time - seemed like maybe they'd planned to close early but didn't want to turn people away - we were visiting from out of town and were limited on restaurants open late on Sunday AND New Years Eve. Great service, great food, great atmosphere - we were in and out but didn't feel rushed, and everyone in our party of 5 was happy with their meal! We ordered chicken con crema, nachos supreme (highly recommend!), tacos, and enchiladas!
The restaurant area and bathroom area were very clean!

The food was flavorful. For the amount of amazing food it's priced well. They misheard our order but quickly fixed the mistake. The staff was friendly the place is nice 🙂

MUST GO! This place is such a great addition to the community. AMAZING flavors. Ceviche is tremendous. Warm bean dip with chips, really a nice change from salsa. We had so many starters that we are taking our other dishes home.

Great food. Quick service, too. Nice having another place in town to eat. They can get really busy sometimes, but they still crank out the food fast

This sweet little restaurant in Mars Hill, NC has been through so many changes over the years. That it ended up as a Mexican restaurant is no surprise. They've only been open a very short time but the decor is very simple but festive. There was a bar and sports on the TVs. There is a small salsa bar and we tried 5 different kind and they were all very good! I had the Burrito Del Mar which had shrimp, scallops, tilapia and lettuce with nacho cheese, with rice on the plate. I really really liked it. Yry it out, you decide for yourself if you like it!! I will be going back.

Great food and great staff! Just a little busy during the lunch and dinner hours. Definitely worth the visit. Haven’t been disappointed with the two dishes that I have tried!

Food was plentiful, but only slightly over priced, however I intend to revisit soon. The waitress was very sweet and attentive, but inexperienced and young, so I won't complain here too much. Everything tasted great and big portions.

Wish we found sooner. Clean place. Good service. Bean dip with chips was a really nice change of pace. Huge portions. Will be back often.

Ordered carne asada with shrimp and flour tortillas it was the best I have ever had, so flavorful and tender! Also got shredded chicken chimichangas 🤌🏽 🤌🏽
I use to go to the other Mexican place in town but after they messed up numerous times I switched and don’t regret it at all!!

Great find in Mars Hill NC. Had the Chipotle Burrito with a draft and was one of the best I’ve had, that includes Texas and San Diego. My wife had the Asheville Burrito and was very impressed with the quality and freshness of ingredients.

Holy cow, new favorite Mexican restaurant, coming through! I had the Asheville burrito (HUGE and vegetarian), my husband had the 3 avocado tacos and a salad. The salsa bar not only rivals those in other, more well-known Mexican places (ahem, Potatoes and Beverages), but surpasses our taste tests by far. Small, packed dining room but we don't mind people-watching. Staff was attentive and sweet. Thanks y'all! We'll visit again next time we're in Mars Hill for sure.

It was great, we sit at the bar and it was a great experience. Food is excellent and is worth it. Even the beer was nice and cold. I don't drink but my daughter asked me to help her finish it. It was great.
I definitely recommend this place. Try to go between 2 or 3pm after that is so busy that people are willing to wait an hour for the food.

First time at Taco Fiesta II, on a Monday lunch time, and it was busy. We were greeted and seated promptly with menus. My choice was Chicken Popeye, a lunch dish. Fresh chips and bean dip and drinks kept us until the meal arrived.

Popeye was a winner with tender chicken, spinach, and Nacho cheese sauce over rice.

Even busy, the servers were pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful.

A good reason to go to Mars Hill NC.
