We were helped by Chuck when we ordered my husband's new phone and Malik when the phone came in. Both associates were amazing and so helpful! We had great experiences and appreciated how both of them helped us get the best deal.

The team here is great. They are friendly and want to help. Don't call customer service; they have no idea what they're talking about! The team here is patient and also assertive in wanting the customer to be happy!

All the employees at this store were very helpful, friendly, and full of knowledge. I visited a total of 3 times in one week, each time a slightly different team of 3 employees were in the store helping customers. I would never change from T-Mobile! This store is excellent.

I've been here several times, and for the most part, I didn't have to wait longer than 10 minutes to speak to somebody(and that's on a busy day). employees are polite, professional, and knowledgeable.

They are extremely helpful and friendly here, gotta give a shout out to John though, came in to finally upgrade my phone and transfer my number from metro to t mobile, he went above and beyond to help me out with transferring my data and porting my phone number over, gave me solid advice aswell , highly recommended coming to this store

My husband and I came to this TMobile location for help with our sim cards for our new phones. Trisha was the representative that helped us. She was kind, considerate and knowledgable about our inquiry. She got us in and out in less than 5 minutes! Super impressed with the customer service given.

This place rocks! After a long and arduous battle just to try to get a screen protector put on in another store, I decided to drive 5 more minutes and get it done here! I'm a disabled veteran and have mobility issues with my fingers and literally can't put it on myself. Well, I was informed by the manager how the other store was privately owned and some of them just aren't good with customer service. Well this is my tmobile store from now on. Keep up the good work!

I want to give DJ a two-thumbs up. I was at this store this past Tuesday and he helped me to get a new phone with a good plan. He was friendly and helpful and it only took about maybe 20 minutes. I was switching from another carrier and had been having a problem with that, too. He knew exactly what to do to take care of that. Thanks DJ!!

After almost 2 weeks of running around for one thing or another trying to switch carriers. Ordering online, talking to customer service, going into the store, talking on fb messenger.. None of which worked until today when I came in this store and Trisha helped me finally switch and bring my numbers she was awesome

Darnell And Chris where 2 of the most helpful, courteous, knowledgeable about their company and products that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. I found everything that I was looking for with the help of an excellent customer service representative. Steve ensured I was good to go before I left the shop. This was my second visit and surely not the last.
