Chick-fil-A

Very disappointed in the service at this location. My order was incorrect after having it read back to me. This was not the 1st time but I understand that mistakes happen however, it has been happening too often at this location. I ordered Mac & Cheese & did not notice that it was not in the bag until I had arrived at home. The time before that, after paying for my food they advised that they did not have Mac & Cheese but they could substitute for fries. Fries that were overcooked & cold.

Chick-fil-A is always a delight, with a full staff of cheerful caring well mannered people eager to professionally serve you quickly and efficiently. And the food is always prepared with love, knowing you will enjoy whatever you have requested and whether: dine in, take out or to go. You always have a delightful dinning experience at Chick-fil-A . Try it and I'm sure you will enjoy it as well.

They still are taking your order outside - but its fairly quick. Only issue is when you get your order and have to wait for the cars in front of you to get their food. 🙁

Our daughter had major surgery. After being released from the hospital after days of hospital food she was ask what do you want! Chick-fil-A was the answer! They say chicken soup heals the soul .. for my girl it's Chick-fil-A 😂

Very good food very good service wish the prices for better but oh well you get what you pay for and this food is always delicious

Always a pleasure at any Chick-fil-A establishment. They Re the golden standard in fast food. The staff are always so friendly. The food is at the right temp. And they have tons of options. I'd love to see even more options but no other complaints or critiques. They do an amazing job and I wish other fast food chains would take note.

Peyton made my day - outstanding customer service. The lunch rush was on and Peyton was the only person taking orders at the front counter. She greeted every client with a smith, engaged in a quick conversation, and took the orders in a timely manner. Chick-fil-a always has great service, but you could just tell that Peyton genuinely enjoys helping other. It was very inspiring to see such amazing energy and positivity.

Always good service and fries (which are the reason I go there) are always on point.

Food was hot and good! Lemonade was awesome with the pulp! Fries fresh and chicken sandwich

I've seen quite a few bad reviews on this location lately. This isn't one of them. I eat here for breakfast often and have done so for the past 2 years. Multiple times a week during my busy morning as a single father and commuter. Sometimes dining in, sometimes drive through. Service has always been friendly and fast. My orders have been correct and fresh. There is often a lobby attendant cleaning the dining area and asking customers if they need assistance. Honestly, it beats most full service restaurants charging much more in the Kville area. Props to the team here for handling a busy location, in an area sparse on quality service, and what appears to be a demanding local consumer base.

I was going to just write chic-fila, however I felt this should be shared publicly! I was in there today, actually on a sales call. After meeting with Kris, who was fantastic. I decided to get some food Togo. Ruth, the cashier was amazing! We laughed and joked and she just truly was an amazing part of my day. She is so kind and helpful. Ruth I hope you see this! Thank you for making my day much brighter today!

This is the best Chick-fil-A I have been to! I normally love them but this one was out standing! The owner is wonderful and everyone goes out of their way to help!

Typical Chick-fil-A fare but not nearly as crowded as the nearby Palladium location.

Don't miss their yummy cookies and brownies! The best!

The food is very good and always hot they treat you like family they always say it's my pleasure and it warms my heart this is a great place to take your family or just take yourself for lunch break they had a lot of healthy choices cause their food is made with peanut butter oil so I recommend this for everybody it is a great place

I like it an all the store you can find a fresh chicken with the faster service nicely. Thank you even if you don’t like your meal or any wrong with it they are so flexible to serve you. I found that in any location of Chick-fil-A.

Clean fast and great service. The dining room host Jonathan was a very friendly and professional host. He was very helpful and efficient not only to us but every other guest in the dining room also. He always checked periodically to see if we needed anything while we were eating. He never interrupted our meal but always joined us in conversation and other guest as the dining room host. We never had to leave our table to refill our beverages or receive anything else we needed while eating our meal.
This restaurant serves a large volume of people continuously every day And adapts constantly to meet each customer's needs whether it's the drive-through or dining room or a third party food delivery service. This quality service also applies to orders placed using the stores app which can be picked up fairly quickly.

Consistently delivers excellent service, good quality food, and very efficient.
Recently renovated, they expanded to drive thru and parking area and maximized the ability to quickly get and fulfill your orders. Extremely busy location, but it’s never backed up.
And it never fails that I crave it on a Sunday!
