I dunno what everyone complains about.

When busy take a number. When not, you'll be asked what you need.

However, this location is more a sorting facility. Yet you can post your already stamped and meter stamped letter and parcels (if not too large!) from here.

Excellent as any USPS! Stay strong USPS! Love you!

I was having trouble locating a package and got directed to call this location. The person working here named Dawn was so helpful and kind. She kept me informed throughout the process and showed a true interest in helping me. Her customer service skills are phenomenal.

Noticed a turn around for this office about a month ago. Seems to be getting much better. I appreciate them delivering and not missing deliveries through this COVID-19 mess. Thank you USPS!

This post office location is the sorting facility for the 63122 zip code. You cannot conduct regular postal business here. You will need togo over to the retail store on Kirkwood Rd.

You may need to visit this location if the post office is holding a package for you. When you arrive be prepared to ring the bell as the inner door is closed and locked.

The postal worker there the day I visited was friendly and helpful.

I have never had so many issues receiving and sending mail in my entire time in St Louis. They have lost so many bills which cost lots of money.

Admittedly, I seldom mail packages as my amazing wife handles. I am off work and am trying to help around the house. I went to the post office and could get no assistance from the four staff members. There were no other customers. After twenty minutes, I left and I went to a Fed Ex office in Des Peres. The staff greeted me, made suggestions and I was out in under five minutes. Kudos to the Fed Ex Team!

Set up Premium Forwarding, Post Office got the dates wrong, when I called to correct I spent 10 minutes requesting a human and was finally connected to a recording that told me I had an HOUR wait time to speak to someone! Is there any wonder why they are going bankrupt.

I had a live animal package to pickup on a Saturday. They called and left a message Saturday morning for me to call back. I called back, asked what time they closed so I could make it in time, I was told someone will be in the back until 6. Showed up at 3:30, a girl came out and shocker, they're closed and there's nothing they could do about it. She kept asking who I spoke with, like it mattered at the time, and I didn't get a name, so of course, nothing that they could do.

As I was tracking my package I noticed it was being rerouted for two days. I called USPS customer service and gave me this locations number to call and ask for help. They woman who gave me a call back about my package was beyond rude and disrespectful! And before I could say thank you for the rude arrive she just hung up on me. Will avoid trying to deal with this location at all cost.

This is not a real post office. No postal services are conducted here except to drop off mail w/o a receipt. There is limited access to the public at this location and you have to ring a bell and wait a few minutes. The real post office is at 343 South Kirkwood Rd.

I went to this location to drop of a package and was greeted by a rude fat ghetto broad with fake eyelashes. She literally snatched the package from my hand and then shut the door in my face! So appalling! I will NEVER go back to this location!!!!

No retail services here. Should be posted on Google/Apple Maps. What’s the point of having this location?
