I came in on 11/14 around 1 o’clock it was busy. They only had one employee (Ray) working and there was a long line. As I was standing in line an older woman came in pretty loud kind of rude as well. Idk if she had early dementia or not but Ray was just so sweet and patient with her. You could tell her daughter possible caregiver was embarrassed. He made sure she knew it was okay. He handled the busy rush even tho he was alone flawlessly, giving everyone his full attention. He gave me exceptional service and I hate going to the post office but I will only be coming to this location now thanks to Ray. Give that man a raise he deserves it!

Went in today to drop off a package. The line was so long, and only 1 person working. Ray was patient and kind with everyone, and so personable and helpful! He is the kind of employee every business owner hopes for! Thank you for your kindness, Ray!

I had a wonderful experience with this post office. Ms. Dawn Smith really cares about customers. She spent OVER an hour looking for our lost mail (AND FOUND IT). She also worked to get it delivered the next day. I noticed a lot of bad reviews and got worried about this post office. But Ms. Dawn Smith is an excellent post worker that really CARES. I will be forever grateful, especially since this was a VERY important document. Thank you Ms. Dawn Smith!

I’ve never had a bad experience here. The staff handle busy lines quickly and knowledgeably. They have always been friendly to me. In ten years using this place I’ve never had a problem.
Also my mail has never been stolen or lost at this location as it has been when I sent mail from other usps post offices.
After working in retail in kirkwood, I suspect the local community expects more time than these employees are compensated for.
I was surprised to see the negative reviews preceding mine. Thanks for keeping the lines short!

This is the first time I've applied for a U.S. Passport. Reading all the reviews I was a little apprehensive about the service at this particular location. I triple checked to make sure I had all the appropriate documents. Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and had my appointment as scheduled. The entire process took 15 minutes tops.

Like the License Office/ DMV just make sure you have the proper materials and you should have no problem.

I dunno what everyone complains about.

When busy take a number. When not, you'll be asked what you need.
