I have had 2 experiences with Gerhard’s recently. The first was replacing multiple kitchen appliances. The second was due to an unexpected failure of our 8yr old washer. Dan was great on both occasions! He, the scheduling team and the install team are very professional. No hassle at all. Also very competitive on pricing. Do your homework, talk to your Gerhard’s sales rep, and you’ll find there is no reason to go to a big box store.

Didn’t research ahead of time so I knew what product I wanted when I arrived. I walked in just scoping time on. Saturday morning and was greeted right away. The salesperson, Monica, showed me the item I was looking for, confirmed a few bits of info I wanted to clarify, and finalized the sale all within about 10 minutes. She apologized if it felt rushed, but I appreciated how quickly the transaction was handled and was thrilled to be done so quickly. She also apologized for not being able to deliver the next day, but I had no expectation of that and was more than happy to have the item delivered within 3 days of purchase. The item is due for delivery tomorrow, so that part is not complete yet, but the sales experience was excellent.

We worked with Nick to pick out a new refrigerator and microwave today and he was awesome. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the process very seamless. Gerhard’s is always a great local appliance store to shop at and team members like him make it the best place in the area.

I am very pleased with Gerhard's and in particular with Monica McLaughlin, their sales rep. I selected Gerhard's over a Home Depot or Lowe's because I wanted a store with experienced people who could provide advice on dishwashers and help me determine what I needed, and did not need. Monica was just this person. I had a brand in mind, but had no experience with newer dishwasher models. Monica was excellent in explaining the differences between the models within that brand. She was knowledgeable, but not pushy. She was friendly, professional, and very pleasant to work with. I will absolutely go back to Gerhard's when it's time for another appliance.

Additionally, the installation was a surprisingly pleasant experience! I received an automated text giving me a timeframe in which the installer would be at my home. The day of the installation I received a text from the installer indicating he would arrive within 20 minutes. He was there in 15 minutes. Installation went smoothly. The installers were very considerate of my home. Installation was over in 50 minutes!

My customer service rep was Monica. She went out of her way to assist me with my appliance package and got me set up at an awesome price. She went the extra mile to search best prices and alternatives for my setup and arranged quick deliver for me.

The other staff members were also helpful when needed.

As a Side note I went to this location because the rep at the Glenside location was not helpful and was a bit short over the phone. Did not send me the quote as requested. I called this location and was treated like a valued customer.

My salesman, Dan, has been the best to work with. First, he seems very knowledgeable about the products he sells. He has gone out of his way to make sure I had the right appliance for my needs. When another older appliance had to be replaced , I just knew I wouldn’t have to look any further than Spring House Gerhards for selection , a fair price, and ease of arranging delivery .

I recently purchased a new KitchenAid range from Gerhard’s and everything went smoother than I could have imagined! Monica in the showroom was knowledgeable and helpful, and when I was ready to order she handled everything. The delivery scheduling was quick, and it was super helpful to have the tracking of the delivery team for the day of delivery. Would definitely recommend Gerhard’s Appliances!

Our experience with Monica and Gerhards was wonderful from start to finish. She was knowledgeable and the prices and rebates made up our minds quicker than we expected. Little glitch on delivery as we were missing some hoses but they are being sent out quickly. Delivery personnel was also helpful and knew their product. Thank you!!

Rebecca and Gerhard’s were great to work with! Their expertise and assistance with our new GE Profile refrigerator were greatly appreciated. The new refrigerator was able to be timely delivered by an efficient delivery team of 2 as well within 2 days. We are very happy and would definitely use them again.

Mike provided patient and light hearted customer service in picking out a Miele dishwasher. He gave my wige and I materials to help decide how to best take advantage of current rebates and get exactly what we wanted. Absolutely no pressure and very helpful. I enjoyed the experience.

Nick was a tremendous help recommending a replacement washing machine. Quick delivery too which was key. Would recommend Gerhard enthusiastically.

Monica was very helpful and patient during the selection of the appliances we needed. We purchased a range and dishwasher for our home, along with a washer & dryer and refrigerator for our shore home. She was very helpful with arranging delivery to two different places.

This is my second time using Gerhard’s in just the last couple years, each time needing a significant number of appliances. I got great prices, and quick turnaround for delivery dates, but even better, each time I have visited the showroom the salespeople were very knowledgeable and helpful making for a great all around experience.
