The folks that helped me at the counter were kind, helpful, and effective. They were able to help me get my package out in just a few minutes.

This office used to have some rude employees and it was a huge pain to use its services but my recent visit surprised me. All 3 front desk --- on lady and 2 gentlemen are all extraordinarily professional. They all said to customers "What can I help you with?" "Thank you for coming!" .... etc.
It's 180 degrees different from my past experience and this post office apparently is well managed and employees are well trained. They probably got rid of bad people.
Whoever made the change, deserves top reward.

Did the passport application for my son. The lady there was nice and patient to explain the delivery options. The whole process was really smooth and efficient.

We went for passport renewal for my kid. Easiest appointment ever! We were in and out in ten minutes with no wait time. I’m pleasantly surprised by how easy it all was.

Protip from the passport person about getting appointments: if you need an appointment quicker, check the night before and you might get one!

There will always be unhappy customers with one of two star reviews but my experience has been excellent so far, so I have to give 5.
Service is fast but they take the time to explain things carefully if required. The place is clean and well organized.

Amazing experience, I would like to thank Kelvin in particular who went above and beyond to track the status of an international package that I thought was lost but was actually intercepted and recalled to customs in Carson. Kelvin even updated me regularly on the status which was super helpful. Thanks!!

Great shipping experience. Showed up minutes before closing but they made sure I got what I needed. As mentioned elsewhere, the only negative was an obnoxious customer who was, of course, complaining about the service she was receiving. The staff was more tolerant of her than I would have been.

I went there after reading a lot of bad reviews here with a bit of a preconceived notion about how my experience would be. I have to say to my surprise, the gentleman who helped me was extremely polite, courteous and was patient enough to help me with my question. I was put to ease after s couple of seconds interaction and he helped me sort out my things in no time.
I guess it depends who you are dealing with that particular day.

The staff here are kindly and patient even though they are always swamped. Cupertino has a very dense population of Asian and Indian immigrants, so there is always a long line of people sending things back to their families in other nations. The manager here has helped me more than once with friendly assistance that meant a lot to me on a bad day. Yes, the lines here are long, but it moves quickly and the staff never fails in good will. That is exceptional for any business. Kudos from me.

We use this office all the time. Never had any issues. Questions were answered. Pickups, mail stoppage, mail re-delivery always done properly. The auto stamp machine is very helpful. Sometimes there will be lines, but a few minutes of waiting have not been a problem with some patience.

This is a review for Passport application.
They accept walk-ins on Thursdays from 9-11am, first 50 apps.
I was there around 7:30AM and was 9th in line. Around 8:15 someone came out to distribute tickets, wrote everyone's name on a board. Everything was quiet and civilized.
At 9AM they opened the doors to the passport line and started calling out names. You ave to be there in order to get in, otherwise will have to get to the back of the line again. At that point there were around 30 people in line.
There are several clerks serving passport line, so I was with someone within 3 minutes. They checked all of my paperwork, took my check and service fee and I was on my way within 5-10 minutes!
On that day, their photo camera wasn't working, so they sent people to nearby CVS. They did tell them to come back and promised to serve them same day. That is very nice of them.
Overall very positive experience. For once - good job, post office!

Amazing experience! Were applying for a passport here and got so much help, Lansom went above and beyond to make sure our application was filed. You can do photo here as well. Very friendly staff.

Christopher deserves a recognition. He is patient and efficient. I was here this morning to send an international package. He guided me through the process and explained the costs and duration for the package to arrive. This is rare because often times, people at the post office seem impatient. Regardless of the low ratings on here, I'd be happy to use the USPS again.

The lady who did my passport was friendly and informative. She took my picture and expedited request. I was in and out with out any waiting or problems. This is one of my favorite post offices.

We would like to give a shout-out to our WONDERFUL MAILMAN BHUSHAN. He's super helpful and with amazing attitude. He taking good care of all my residents on both of my properties. We are so grateful for HIM not just now but since he taking over this route. THANK YOU BHUSHAN.

Because it is a place where my mail arrives safely and even though English isn't everybody's first language here, these barriers make for a more fun experience at my local Post Office. It's quite iconic actually - nestled in the bosom of Silicon Valley next to a fruit company.
