I had the tile in my bathroom and shower cleaned along with the carpet in the master bedroom. They did a fantastic job! Very professional, great job and only charges $99 where Stanley Steamer required a minimum of $140… I saved money and also got a really good deep cleaning

Tommy did an amazing job! He was so kind, and friendly. I seriously was blown away by his work. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet and I was desperate to try anything and a regular home carpet cleaner did nothing. I would highly recommend. Tommy and Tyler did a fabulous job! They did three rooms of carpet plus my tile in my kitchen, dining room and laundry room. Great price, very friendly and courteous. They were done in a timely manner and on time can I ask for a better experience! I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again!

I had spent about $200 on products to try to get rid of urine smell left by a puppy that was in my house a few days, not to mention another $200 in house cleaning. For several weeks, the odor had made sleeping and even breathing extremely difficult. They did a much better job than I anticipated in, not only clearing out the odor, but making the old carpet look better than it did when I moved in six years ago. I highly recommend this business.

The guys were very professional and efficient during the whole process. They made sure they got even hard to reach places, like under my bed and behind my dresser and storage chest, and were gentle with my delicate curtains too. They left them in a cute little swag. I am very pleased with the work that they did. I saw stains disappear and my carpet looks so good. This is the best carpet cleaning company I have ever worked with! I booked them for a move out carpet cleaning. I compared prices first, and not only were they the best, they were also exceptionally polite and professional.

Our realtor then booked someone else for some reason without telling us. So Professional Steam Cleaning showed up to the house, and it was already clean. They contacted us, still communicating with kindness even though the situation was very unfair to them. They charged a small day-of cancellation fee. I just wish we’d been able to give them our full business because working with them was pleasant from beginning to end!

Tommy did a really good job on my carpets. I really wasn’t expecting them to get as clean as he got them because they were bad. Tommy and Keith were very professional and respectful. I will definitely use their services in the future.

Richard with Professional Steam Cleaning was on time, super courteous, and worked a miracle on our dirty pet stained carpet. We opted in to have our ceramic tile steam cleaned in the bathrooms, too. Very affordable for the quality of work and the professionalism. Very impressed. Highly Recommend and will call on them again next year.

From scheduling (via fb messenger) to the actual visit and work, this was all professional and great experience. They called to see if they could come early on the scheduled date, because they were running ahead, and I can see why. They were efficient and speedy, but very thorough. Tyler and Tommy did an awesome job. I had requested my couch to be cleaned as well, but they explained why they couldn't do it. I thought my old couch was a synthetic they could clean but they explained it was leather (just worn bad) and shouldn't be cleaned s they would. This saved me money and my couch. Any other service may have gone ahead and cleaned it and blamed me for not knowing they couldn't do it. They explained it and gave tips on how to clean it myself. Very, very happy with their service. Carpets look new again!
