The ambience and service were excellent.
My order was ready in a good time, the staff were all smiles from the guy who took my order to the lady who packaged it all. I especially loved the nacho fries and sauce!

From time to time I stop at this Taco Bell for a quick bite to eat. I went through the drive-thru. So far I have been greeted with amazing customer service. Thank you to the gentlemen who took my order and prepared my food during my last visit there. I was even given the specials to help me save a little. I greatly appreciate that.

The Manager Ms. Janice was extremely polite and fixed an order that door dash messed up without question. I sincerely appreciated her swift action and customer service.

I went through the drive thru, got a strawberry freeze, very pleasant staff. Customer service is big with me and there's was good.

I live in DC, I came to this location because I was shopping in this area and decided to dine in. Everyone was pleasant including the nice lady that took my order, I can tell that she cares about her customers, she has a beautiful spirit. I would definitely come back again. Kudos

come here late at night usually, they are always nice and never have gotten a wrong order. the guy last time made me fresh potatoes and it was the best ive ever had from a taco bell

Staff was so kind and accommodating. I asked if they could throw my cinnamon delights in the microwave because they were a bit cold in the center. They completely remade them for me without me even asking. Overall they were just so sweet. Thank you!

One of the best Taco Bell restaurants I've visited. Haven't had to deal with bad attitudes so far. If my order is wrong, they correct it without giving me a hard time. They must have a good manager!

They got my order wrong and gave me a gift certificate for something free. The customer service was excellent.

Drove to as usual but parking lot was clean employees were nice and food was great as always. This is definitely a well-managed location I would recommend it highly.

This young, new server Eric was such a great help. While I was ordering my food, I went into a cardiac arrest. Eric than hopped OUT of the window to come to my aid. He gave me mouth to mouth and didn’t stop until the ambulance came. He then proceeded to get on the ambulance with me to accompany me on the way to the hospital, all the way holding my hand. He even offered to donate his heart for me. Great server!

The customer service here was above what I've had elsewhere.

Doritos tacos, they were hot, shells were fresh, and they did not mess up my stomach whatsoever. I was honestly impressed.

Love this location! The cashier was down to earth and our food was ready quickly (considering we ordered one of everything off the dollar menu plus more). Will definitely come back again ^.^

I go to this location often & like the place that's why I'm giving it five stars. However on this latest visit, my beef in my taco was already cold or not warm at best. This is not the norm and I plan to continue going to this location.
