Wendy's

Drive a lot for work. The last 3 or 4 Wendy’s I have stopped at have been a let down in some way. Took forever to get food, fries not done completely, drinks not available, etc. Have to give credit when it’s done right! Fast service as this location, fries down perfectly, will be back when I’m in the area!

Last time I went to this Wendy's, it was scorching hot outside and I had been walking for quite a while. I was really thirsty so I went in and asked for a cup of water and it was free. I sat down and drank my water. The restaurant wasn't busy and I was the only one there.

Went to the drive through. The service was prompt, food was fresh and cashiers were pleasant. Their salads are always the bomb!

The employee at the first window, who collected my money has the best customer service ever. Her name is Grace. I was going through a rough day, and she made it 20x better. She was very welcoming, cheerful, and respectful. She greeted me well and was really nice. Nobody should be that nice…

Yesterday (3/21), I went through the drive-thru to pick up a meal for my son. Even though the wait time was a little bit longer than usual, (I imagine that they are operating with a reduced staff.) the gentleman who waited on me was the BEST! In taking my order, he was friendly, polite, and made me feel that he had all the time in the world for my order. When I picked up my food, HE LOOKED ME IN THE EYES, and told me to have a nice day and take care. I mention this because, I never realized how we normally don’t have eye contact with others. His demeanor made me feel like he really cared. That was wonderful! At a time when many of us are filled with worries, having someone be so kind and caring means the WORLD. Thank you, Wendy’s!

The fries was not that hot as they should have been but the food was good.

OHH... and I found $80 on the floor. Had to give it back though cus some guy said he'd lost his money. Still cool being that lucky for almost 2 minutes.

They made the salad even though it was so close to close and it still had great quality. Appreciated the service because when we went to another Wendy's they told us they didn't have any of most of the items pretty much limiting us to what they had already made so the fact this one still put in effort as if it was lunchtime and they just opened it was nice. The food was still good

It's always fast service when I come in here. I love the staf!! I come very often because I work in the strip mall so my coworkers and I stay in there. Food is very fresh and they keep it clean in there. It's 2017 new review and new staff that I know of and they are very catering and very on point with service. Do not let old reviews determine where you want to go eat. Eat there and get your own experience then have something to say. Forever a customer! Love y'all! Specially Belle, Carron, and Misha!!! Its other staff I love but just need their names again.

Man I had a tast for Wendy's and the food was good. Staff was friend even at Midnight. The food was good only my fries were mediocre but everything was awesome.

I love every single experience I have at the Wendy's on Rt. 73 in Mount Laurel, NJ. Manager Erica is the absolute best!!! I go every morning though the week and she makes my day so does Mr. Sam. Get well soon buddy!! I miss you

This is one of the most chill fast food restaurants I have ever been to. Not only is the food pretty good and of reasonable pricing, their internet speed is enviable. It is one of the few places in the plaza with free internet too, which doesn't require you to be a customer to enjoy it. The staffs are pretty chill also. Lest I forget they are also open till 1am.

I love the new staff!! They have fast service and very friendly. They greet me every time and food good!! I loooove the fruit teas I get them every time on lunch break. My favorite and I will have more is Belle, Carron, and Misha and it's another little lady too

Employee called me a cutie and a sweetheart as I ordered very enjoyable will come again 👍👍

Customer services was great. Only one person working the register, but I got my food in a timely manner. My food was hot and fresh.

The guys at this Wendy's were extremely polite, and no joke: gave me the fluffiest and crispest hot french fries I've ever got at a fast food place. Completely unexpected for a Wendy's, blew me away.

Community needed their support and they contributed free frosty for kids in the community. Lanham Forest residents in conjunction with Dist. 2 police had a community block party which was successful with local businesses contributing. Thank you!

Went through drive-thru. Clear, fast and I asked when I asked for extra cheese... they gave me extra cheese! That's a perfect score in my book. Thanks!
