The owners are so friendly! The classes are only 30 minutes, but get the job done and are so much fun! The kid area is awesome for kids roughly 2 and up! My older kids absolutely love the kickboxing and bungee classes and they are tired after they are done! 🎉 If you are wanting to switch things up and get a great workout for you and your kids! Highly recommend you try some classes!

Jennifer is sorely and greatly missed here in Puyallup WA, she pushes you to your limits and if you have physical challenges you’re going thru, she will modify your workout. Jennifer is worth the time and money if you want to become HEALTHIER & STRONGER.

Jennifer was so welcoming when I was traveling and in need of a place to workout. I watched her teach many diverse classes and her energy was amazing. It was evident she excels at building relationships and motivating her clients. The kid area was great for my kids and I loved the family atmosphere. Jennifer also cleaned thoroughly between every class and the facility was very well maintained. Highly recommend!

Last November I started this journey, from the first day everyone in the gym was like family, everyone is encouraging, motivated. Jennifer is a awesome teacher and trainer, she pushes you to do your best and then some. There is tons of classes offered, some i like some i stay away from, but i encourage everyone to try them all.

I absolutely love, love, love this gym. Jennifer and Sean are amazing trainers not just because of their technical knowledge (which is superb), but because they really are invested and care about every single client. They keep you motivated with classes that are always challenging and definitely never boring! Best atmosphere with every fitness level welcomed, supported, and advanced! I could not ask for more! I walked into TWS Technology gym in September, 2022. I was horribly overweight (again) and unhappy with myself (again). Got signed up for the 16 week challenge that officially started 9/26/23. Jenny and her team of coaches / trainers make you feel at home from day one. It’s a warm, welcoming and friendly environment where nobody is going to judge you. We all share in a common struggle and we all share in a common goal. In 8 months or so this place has become my gym home and these folks have become my gym family. I met my initial goal, blew that up and set new goals. The weight keeps falling off and the muscle tone is coming back more and more every week. The results are real and sustained and I don’t see myself ever going back. The gym replaces the chips and soda pop and becomes your new (healthy) addiction. I can’t hardly stand to miss a day. If you’re looking for a place to finally make that forever change, you’ve come to the right place and know this, you are welcome at TWS Technology. This is where we all belong.

I love love love this gym! The instructors are kind, helpful, and extremely motivating. Each class is challenging, but they make it fun. I always break a sweat! My favorite classes are Weight Training, Kickboxing, and Dance Fit. Definitely check them out. :)

I absolutely love Tws!! Jennifer and the other coaches are absolutely amazing! No matter your fitness level it is most definitely a safe non-judgmental space for anyone's own fitness journey. So much support from not only the coaches but also everyone who attends classes there, it's like an extended family. Sooo happy I found them!!

I tried the week trail, and loved every bit of it. I knew from my first class I was going to be back. Bungee was a lot of fun and Kickboxing was a great workout, 30 minute's but definitely does the job! This is clearly a family friendly environment which is a huge plus for me, My kids are obsessed with going and it isn't just the classes are fun but because Jennifer and Sean have great vibes and are kind, professional and knowledgeable, I really appreciated that right away. Jennifer is so sweet and always smiling, Sean is polite and helpful. I just adore this place, I'd go everyday if I could. If you're looking to do something new to shake up your mundane routine this is a must try. I have yet to encounter a gym with a more equable manner that makes you instantly feel comfortable.

I believe they are doing a great job so far they seem truly genuine and I am happy to be a member.

This is a fantastic place to workout! There is never any judgements, no matter your fitness level. Everyone is very supportive and great at encouragement! Both Sean and Jennifer are great coaches! I highly recommend for everyone to come and give TWS Technology a try!

Jenni Baur, owner of TWS Technology in Southern Pines is fabulous!!! She is the best trainer I have ever had, her gym is clean, has lots of classes and is a fun workout. I can’t wait for the challenge this fall!!!

TWS Technology has the most motivating and caring owners and trainers. They are truly invested in making their gym a welcoming environment for all. Kickboxing, Bungee, Weight Training, Circuit Training are some of the classes they offer and they are amazing. Highly recommend them and the fitness challenges they offer.

This is an amazing fitness center conveniently located in Southern Pines. Incredible, supportive environment with challenging classes. Jennifer and Sean are amazing trainers! My kids love the bungee classes and kids play area. I love the class options and commitment to health!

By far one of the best places to train around!! On my 4th week of a 16 week challenge. Down 20lbs!! All because of the atmosphere and awesome attitude of the trainers. Jennifer, Stephanie and Virginie have got wonderful personalities and are absolutely bubbly!! Will be going here for a lot while, check them out if you hav goals!!

Have been to many gyms over the years, you sign up and all they want is your money but this gym makes you feel like part of a group that wants you to succeed. The owners Jennifer and Sean make sure they are there to help you, motivate and work closely with your nutrition. A great combination that works.

The best classes and instructors! Great variety of classes and Jennifer and Sean are knowledgeable, inspiring, all-round awesome professionals at what they do. So handy to have the kids play area as well! It's been invaluable! I wholeheartedly recommend!

I have always had trouble "fitting in" at a gym. Jenn has made me feel so comfortable in an environment I'm not always comfortable in. It truly is a no judgement zone and everyone supports everyone. I still have a long way to go on my personal weight-loss journey but, with Jenn and Sean, I now am starting to gain the confidence I need to succeed no matter how long it takes. Thank you TWS!!

Jennifer is an amazing trainer, who is compassionate, motivated and knowledgeable in fitness. She takes your workout and progress personally. Even though she has relocated she created workout videos to ensure her Washington team is not left out.
