I see all the good and bad reviews. I have been going to this clinic for years. If people only were on the other side, they might have some kind of understanding. Every since covid, you are going to wait even with an appointment. They are just trying to do their job as good as they can with such high volumes of people needing to be seen. It is stressful for them as well. I can only speak for myself and highly recommend this clinic. People will stand in line
for concerts, rides, or tickets to a game. Just saying.

This little clinic is a gem. I called ahead and went straight to a room. Was examined and treated right away. Thank you so much for your compassion and care. I really appreciate you all.

I have read over these reviews and they are just shocking! Obviously the people writing these reviews have never had to wait in Lubbock or at the ER like I have. Slaton is very lucky to have a clinic like this with such an EXCELLENT staff that go above and beyond with mine and my families needs. To walk in the clinic and see Hayli’s smiling face makes me feel welcome every time and is very well versed in her job. Then Lolly and Kathy, I couldn’t ask for better nurses. They are both so compassionate and never make me feel rushed. Then there is Mackenzie who is AMAZING!!! She makes sure to take her time and take care of all of my needs. Mackenzie has such an awesome way of making me feel so comfortable while I am here and I couldn’t ask for better people to take care of my family and I. This clinic is OVERALL the best clinic.
