Smith Auto Family Slaton

I have now had TWO great experiences here. First, I purchased a nice used vehicle in November; second, I had to take said vehicle in for an oil change and some other services.
Both times, the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful, and really seem to enjoy serving their customers well. 😊

I took my husband’s F150 to Smith to have recall work done. It was dropped off the night before and the process was seamless. The appointment was for 9am and I received a call around 9:30 stating it was ready for pickup. Thank you to the mechanic and Chris for the friendly and professional service.

I bought my truck at dealership and have had repairs at location as well. Each interaction is so pleasant.Chris and all the service reps are so great. Everyone takes time to listen and explains problem in detail. Amazing customer service goes a long way in a stressful situation.

We have switched to Smith Family Auto from another dealership in Lubbock. We have appreciated them having quick service and being upfront with everything. We are looking forward continuing our business with them.

Chris did a great job handling our repair it went exactly as he explained and we are very pleased it was a recall and we didn't have to pay anything but they also checked the whole car and checked the Sync system.

This was the best car buying experience ever. Jeff-salesman in Levelland was polite, knowledgeable and listened to my needs (wants). No pressure at all. Honestly, I’m not that easy to deal with, but on this buy I was even pleasant. I’ve waited/wanted a Ford Explorer for many years, I finally have the car I’ve always wanted. Thank you Jeff. Good customer service. Service department was able to work on my car and out the same day.

They found and fixed the problem quickly but the upcharge on parts is pretty high. Still worth it to not have to worry about the problem anymore. Good communication through out the process and the bill was actually lower than they quoted. Overall a good experience.
