Kathy's Kitchen

The restaurant is small, but very nice and clean. I had a cheeseburger and tater tots, and my husband got the Billy (?) full dinner. They were both amazing. Hot and juicy, fresh ingredients and the wait wasn't long.

Nice home cooking in the small, low-key town of Hamilton. They have very good burgers! The pork tenderloin was nice and crispy with tender and juicy meat. Wait staff was extremely attentive and polite. The Susie fries are alright, but a little on the greasy side.

There are cute places all over the country but then there are those few that just stand out from the crowd. This place is one of them. Unfortunately pictures don't do it justice but at least you'll have an idea of what to expect. There is seating inside and out, so if the weather is agreeable enjoy the fresh air.
This is hometown USA at its absolute finest. From the moment you walk in the door there are smiles everywhere. We were greeted by a lovely woman who made us feel as though we were part of a family we didn't know yet. Everywhere you look inside this cute little restaurant there's something to see that you missed at first glance.
As we sat there and people entered and left the waitress blew us away as she knew every one of them and called them by name... Our fellow customers also treated us as old friends and included us in the joking as they talked. Yes, It was just that amazing!
Kathy, (the owner) came out and gave us a warm hello and shared a bit of knowledge of the surrounding area sites to see. Even her husband was making jokes from the back.
We went there for breakfast because a fellow we met said this is the place to go and he wasn't lying! Everything we had was wonderful, we both left full, happy and with delicious doggie bags! When we're in the area again I know where we'll be stopping!

We had a bus trip from, Columbus Indiana, of 56 people and Kathy was so accommodating for our group! The food was really good! I had the Baby Brother Basket and I highly recommend it!! Thank you Kathy & crew for the hustle and bustle for our group! We will definitely see you when we come back again!

Old School Diner! Excellent tenderloin sandwich and their fries were homemade. Can't wait to do back.

8/3/23. Traveling through the area and decided to stop here for lunch, it's on the north end of the downtown area. Only 2 server but she was on top of her tables and encouraging to the folks in the kitchen. Nice to hear. Had a cheese burger, tenderloin and house made spiral fries. Both were very good and well prepared.
We will stop again

Good food, indoor and outdoor seating. Susie's were good.

What can I say about this
phenomenal little piece of heaven. First of all the town is simply cute as a button. Then you go to Kathy's and it feels like home. Everyone is so sweet and nice. Kathy and Tracy are so wonderful and friendly.The food is amazing and at a great price. We definitely made some new friends. Can't wait to come back.

Kathy's kitchen is the single best restaurant in all of Hamilton Missouri. The food is great, the service is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. It's a bit of a hole in the wall, but that is definitely a good thing. Kathy is an amazing cook, and so are all the other cooks she has on staff. Her server Tracy is one of the sweetest people I've ever met, and she never lets my glass get low, or anybody else's for that matter. During the middle of the week, most of the time on Wednesdays, they do a smoke special that includes burgers, brats, and ribs, and is absolutely delicious. They'll also work with you if you have any special dietary needs. Speaking of which, if you're looking for a low sodium option, check out the Susie's! Delicious whole potato curly fries, with absolutely no salt.

I'm from the Kansas City area where the BBQ is Darn Good. Kathy's BBQ Rib are phenomenal!!! Totally smoked to tender perfection with a smoke ring down to the bone 🍖 along with a mound of perfectly fresh cut hot fries. The Pit Master cooks with TLC like Mama👍

We found this lunch spot, while traveling through. It's very cute and has Amazing food! The chef even brought the food to our table, which we thought it was awesome that she didn't just wait for the server to come grab it. I saw all three ladies non stop working and working together, which is rare these days.

My wife and I both got burgers here while camping locally. They were great. There isn't much for parking or seating, but if there's room it's worth the stop.

Burgers and pork tenderloin were good. Fries and tots were a little greasier than what we would like. Cute atmosphere, cozy. Easy off street parking

Such a great place and not far off the highway. Definitely recommend, they let us sit out front with our English bulldog and Yorkie as well. Very nice spot.

Best barbecue in MO I found including eating in KC. If quilting is your thing make sure to stop by Kathy's for great food and nice folks.

Excellent Service!! Great tasting food!! Wow on the dessert called Delicious Chocolate cake topped with whip cream and heath bar bits 💜 Worth the money spent and the drive to Hamilton MO. Kathy is a Good Cooker!!
