Dunkin'

The staff at Dunkin' Donuts goes above and beyond for the community and their customers. They were able to fill a last-minute order request for a meeting, and did it in less than 10 minutes. The manager, Brielle, is the epitome of customer service, and we are so fortunate to have her and the entire team behind the counter at local Dunkin' restaurant. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all you do!

Very clean. Newer store. Cappuccino blast was awesome ! I would have never expected to see a dunkin/baskin in this town. Excellent !!

The sweetest girls were working there this morning. Really brightened our day. We got 3 sandwiches and two hot coffees and one iced coffee. My in-laws hadn't had Dunkin coffee before and my MIL was very impressed with the coffee quality. I loved my iced coffee, as usual. The sandwiches were delicious and seemed very hefty in comparison to McDonald's sandwiches.

The drive-through took hours this morning to go through. Once you're I'm the drive-through lane, you can't leave. It's very inconvenient for anyone in a hurry. Much quicker to go in and order because the inside was taken care of first it took at least an hour to get to get to the spot where you order in the drive through and a voice comes through the speaker and says they will get to we when it was possible. I left and went and got coffee from across the street where it was 4 dollars cheaper then dunking and the only wait was for your order after it was ordered not an hour to get to where you ordered and then Still had to wait a half hour for them to have time. They either need more employees or better ways to managing drive through and counter time. Love the milk shakes and donuts and ice cream, but I'm not sure i will go through the drive-through again after this mornings experience. It was not there for convenience today.

The crew members during the week in the mornings are the best, most friendly, helpful workers in town. They always have a smile on their face & always go above & beyond when making my order every morning. Dunkin is my favorite restaurant in town because of the owners & their staff. Every morning i get avocado toast with bacon (the best ever), a large coconut refresher, donuts, a muffin, & hashbrowns. If something isn't right in my order they make sure to fix it right away with a smile on their faces & unlike other restaurants in town they never show that they're annoyed with you or that they're having a bad day. I've never been disappointed when going to Dunkin. KEEP UP THE GOOD TEAM WORK GUYS!!!! You're by far the best restaurant in town.🥰😎✌

The service is always second to none! The Manager Brielle runs a great team everybody is always very friendly.

Dunkin Donuts 🥰 I give them more than 5 stars because they deserve it. Not only is the coffee amazing but the food is bursting with flavor !! The employees are always friendly and serving up service with a smile and a Hello Keep up the great work you guys

Stopped in for some ice cream, they had a LOT of flavors to pick from. Service was great, the gal was very friendly and happy. They have tables outside that we sat at to enjoy our treat.

Service was great and I got my food and drink quickly however I didnt get what I ordered 😑 I ordered a bacon breakfast wrap but I got sausage even when I repeated the order.
As of 6/17/2022 Dunkin has made leaps and bounds in their service and quality. Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure your customers are happy!

Kind employees, fast service, good selection, and I love the breakfast sandwiches and grilled cheese!!! I'm so impressed that International Falls now has this Dunkin, which shares its space with a Baskin Robbins. I'm not a huge ice cream fan, but I love the idea that if I want something more decadent than the usual IFalls ice-cream fare, I can! Plus the BR ice cream cakes are gorgeous and come in a variety of types, sizes, serving options.

Go here every morning and after noon for coffee and ice cream, service is always absolutely amazing and everything’s tastes phenomenal!! 100% recommend stopping by if you’re in the area😁
