Been down on my luck and desperately needing electric assistance. For starters I had no power at all and have minor children applied for crisis help through agency. I couldn't get a ride to them so the online application tells you you can't feel out a crisis application that you can qualify for online. So I had to do a regular application online. Noone called me at all! I was 😡(Furious) After repeated calls day after day, I was referred to main office number not in my county by the way. That the office is deserted and that they haven't had funding in months. Eventually I called at random and was denied for electric help because my service hadn't been on a solid month so they couldn't help me. Originally I was told to get the service on and they could help. Did that then was at 20 days service was off due to medical reasons and BEA terminated my services at 7 days of negative balance. So No money could be applied for that reasoning and southwest says u have to have 30 days of service before they can apply money to account not just have them on as I was told by southwest the first time. Current situation is no power at all had to stay at in laws no car no job no money and it's Dec. Sucks very bad no churches can help cause of Christmas funds taking money for presents and Hardeman county is very poor county. $cmt42069 would help me on cashapp. But isn't expected just info
