Yesterday we drove out to Bolivar Ford searching for a vehicle for our son. We called on the way there to make sure the Altima he wanted to look at was available. Over the phone I spoke to Heather who verified the vehicle was at this location and currently available in inventory. When we arrived she met me in the parking lot and explained that she is behind the scenes, but was going to have a sales team member assigned to work with us. She introduced us to Brandon Maxedon. He was extremely helpful, didn’t pressure us to look at vehicles over our budget, and he searched inventory at every location to make sure we would be happy if we decided to make a purchase. After test driving about 5 vehicles we decided on a 2023 Camry. Christian in finance made sure we were in/out of his office in minutes.

This was possibly the most seamless car buying experience ever. Every single person I spoke with from receptionist to sales to finance department were absolutely amazing and extremely friendly. I searched outside of my city limits and I’m so glad that I did. They delivered my car and it came exactly as described. I will be referring everyone to this dealership in the future and will go back if I ever need another car.

On 19 October 2022 I picked up my Velocity Blue 4WD XLT Ford Ranger from Boliva Ford. My sales rep was Nena Moss. She was very patient, caring and understanding with me - My truck was a special order and took several months to come in.
Nena was very thorough in explaining all the cool stuff that was included in my truck and extremely helpful in assisting me with some after market items like a spray in bed liner and cover. She made ordering and receiving my Ford Ranger a very, very joyous occasion. She is super friendly, very proactive and very multi-task orientated.
